Loanraft called me, asking if I was still in the Market for a loan. Long story short after submitting my Financials, ID, & Utility Bills, they said I was approved for $30k @ 2.25%-4.4% with variable terms between 6-10 years. After reviewing the final contract, I did a little more research to find that Loanraft Finance, Fullerton Solutions, & Suncorp Solutions are all working together to defraud people. They insist on upfront money, in the way of a Cashiers Check or Money Order only. Once they receive it, they try and get even more out of you. All the reviews I read, consisted of No One getting any money!! BEWARE!!
All of the above were going to get me a loan for $46,200 and I sent them a total of $7,175 and now they want an additional $2505 to close the loan. Mr Travis Long and Albert Tyson are spokesman for the company and when I told them I wanted my money back they said it would be 6 months and I would lose up to half of my money.
It is an apparent SCAM. They phoned me about a loan on my mobile home and would give me a rate of 3.50% they just want more money and never do the loan.
Wanted to make a loan and they kept have me send in more money for legal fees and taxes on the money. Everytime it was we need to to pay this before we can send you a check. But all the money you pay will be refunded to you later. They are the biggest Scam I have ever seen. They just keep wanting you to pay in more and you never get the loan

I was told that I couldn’t withdraw or cancel my application and the only way to get the $1500 of the “100% reimbursable escrow fees” I had sent them in cashiers check, was to send them an additional $2700 to complete the process so I could get funded and all of the fees could be reimbursed. I called them and emailed them many tines. They refuse to give my $ back. These people are a bunch of preditors, unscrupulous scammers!
