LiveTransfers.com Reviews

Spent $1000 for health insurance leads. I was told that the ratios for leads was 1 out of 5 will come through. That I would get I about 250 leads for that amount. They power dial data lists. They say that these are people that have requested information about health insurance.

I have been in the business for over 15 years. I understand lead companies and how leads work. I would be happy with just a few sales to make my money back and maybe just a little profit. But almost all of the leads that do come through to my phone when I turn them on are people who want to cuss at me, and people who hang up. ( you get charged for leads with these people no matter what they say).

Then there are people who want to be taken off the list, people who can't afford insurance. So far I've stopped my leads and have about $300 left. I have called the company for a full refund but nobody is responding. I should have listened to the reviews that I saw. They just take your money and don't care. I pray for their souls. I will keep posting complaints all over the internet and insurance forums to let people know about them. God Bless.

We purchased press 1 transfers from LiveTransfers.com and they were complete garbage. All of the callers were cussing us out saying they have been called 20 times in one day. Stay away from this company. We are going to just going to consider this a loss, but save yourself from the headache. We calll businesses so its legal we were told but the quality is just garbage. I hope we dont get sued or anything comes from it. BUYER BEWARE.

The pitch is simple. $4 per live transfer, we do business with the largest companies in America. Clean website. We can target any market that you have. It costs $800 wouldn't that small investmet be worth it if you generated a 5% return?

That's it. The issue here is and what they do not tell you is that the DO NOT have any opt in client. They have the Yellowpages loaded in to a call system and it fires off call after call to random businesses - literally. The ones who answer are trying to disconnect.

I can't post a pic here but LiveTransfers.com sent over around 50 live transfers... only they were all dead air and businesses. So we contacted our rep - Anthony Pantane. He says "oh we will take out all the businesses, and reload the list" Fine, nothing about the $200 mistake. So we run another 50 or so live transfers... still same issue... more dead air. When we call the numbers ourseleves - again, randomized businesses.

This explains why this company does not take Credit Cards. They would lose their merchant account in a heartbeat due to incessent fraud. Furthermore, they take checks and bank wires... but the check that they take (as they did with us) has to settle so you can't pull it back. This all happens BEFORE they allow you on to their system.

Obviously in retrospect, the red flags were all there. Last example is that they are renting a mailbox/voicesystem in a month-to-month office space in New York. God only knows if they have an actual physical location.

We have a 20K budget for marketing each month. An $800 loss is not going to kill us. But I wanted to share this with others. The snake oil pitch is slick - I certainly fell for it. Hopefully you don't have to.
