We Rented this home from Lisa Fishman only to find that this home was plaqued with mold in the upstaire bedrooms in which my children slept in. The home was not maintained and therfore the cracks in the foundation and window leaks caused water to come into the walls. After having unexplained breathing /health issues , We hired a mold inspector to take a mold test and the resutlts came out positive for hight counts of mold spores in the upstairs areas. When we notified her with the information , she immediatley became defensive and denied all the issues. She never repaired the issue and made it a living hell for us. In additon to the mold , the air conditioner would break down often leaving us without air for days which would cause the a very strong mold odor . Bottom line , we ended up moving out and she ripped us off by keeping our security deposit. She continues to rent this home as she is afraid to sell due to all the damages that willl be revealed in an inspection. Be warned that if you rent a property from lisa Fishman in Jupiter Florida, you will be be living in mold.
Overall, the house has a very negative vibe. I cant tell you how many times everyone who stepped foot in this house felt sick. We are so happy we moved out and I'm certain that althought painful, this situation was a blessing in disquise. We are living Mold freee in a beautiful home far away .
If you are currently renting from her of thinking of renting her home , make sure to do the check list to list any damages that are already present int he home, as she will keep your security deposit!!!

Bathroom fixtures loose and rusted
Garage ceiling has leak coming from upstair bathroom tub
Air condiiotner has a hole in the coils , leaking frion
Upstairs bedroom facing front of home has cracks in window in which water entered and casued mold to grow in walls
Another upstairs bedroom nearest to staircase also has cracks near window ledge and water damage in wall with mold growth inside walls.
Cracks in outside stairs pavement in which she will try to pass the blame on tenant in order to keep deposit money.
