March 18 2017 we went to Links to look at a Chevy Suburban they had having everything we were looking for. Space, dvd system for 3 kids leather seats. Our sales guy was up from Florida as they were having one of their "sales". Unable to get what we wanted they had brought out a 2015 ford explorer limited 45xxx on odometer. On the Buyers Guide it states 000,000 To the best of the dealerships knowledge they checked that the reading was Actual. Also on invoices and final signings they all different. Though it was more than what we had in mind we drove it liked at time and made the purchase. Before anything was signed we confronted our sales guy there was a rip in drivers seat he insured they would take care of it along with an oil change. lots of Nics and scratches that someone TRIED TO cover up. Also drivers door by key pad was a chip out door. April 7th 20 days after purchased air had quit working made an appt along with oil change a rental car was provided.
Air was recharged but not resolved rescheduled for April 24th (17 days later) fill air again and for rip in drivers seat to be fixed car provided had for 3 days. June 17th air quit again! Also started to notice a squealing sound when started car, and passanger front door panel started pealing off. (Not under warranty) This was all told to Don when it was brought back in. After 13 days of them having it was picked up June 30th. They replaced A/C pressure line . Squealing was instant so not fixed Don said they never heard it till now. Said we could set up an appointment!! We asked Don if we were to wait will it be fine he said its probably a belt, his body language didnt show any concern ,having 3 kids if it was serious we would of never left in it. Paid our 200$ dectuable (remind you for a 3000$ warranty) July 1st Battery light on & check system.. Drive belt didnt just tare or rip it shredded in strings!! 46xxx and now they are tellin us its ware and tare?!! Had to get towed. Went rounds with Ken Larson service manager and Christina Peters about who would be covering the bill we refused. 13 days later they called and demanded car back that day. Paid 1/2 of bill. I'M OVERWHELMED!
