Pool Linerbotyom is two different colors . I purchased the liner in late winter. Only has 90 days to get full refund. I was out of time by time I installed the liner. Terrible quality control. I will not buy from them again
This company Linerworld.com are thieves dont take returns or give you your money backand brittany and carmen are so rude. i ordered a liner my pool is a 16 x 32 got the liner it is way to big called after and they said oh you need a 15 x 30. why cant these irresponsible so called pool people say hey your pool is 16x32 you need this nope didnt happen. i got sir do you want another liner i said no just my money back and a return lable. so instead of saying ok sir box it up etc they want to bleed me dry. so yes they frigging screwd me over and i am not happy and neither is my family and everyone i talk to all i want is my money back all 409.00
i bought a liner, had it installed by a profesional,had it 3 mnths its faded holes popping up and call for warranty and they say it has a 25 yr warranty but you call them and its not covered
Bought a liner from these guys.......was a poor fit to start off with. Once we got our pool liner installed and filled for our sons birthday all seemed well.....less than a year later the seam split, flooded our yard, and made a hole where the water rushed out......called the company and they said to send pics to the warranty department.....we followed their instructions only to be told it's a "prorated" warranty and can get 50 off a new liner.......I told them the liner was less than a year old and their response was sorry that's all we can do.....i would suggest that nobody waste your money buying anything from this company....i wish I would have done better research before I wasted my money with them
Same thing happened to me. Had my liner installed by a professional. Seemed to take forever to fill pool. Finally filled...all water leaked out in two days. Same baloney...send picture of the leak. Impossible to find. I'm out cost of liner, fees to install and water bill. Have to buy liner locally and pay again for install and water. Liner will end up costing me close to $1200.00. Don't buy from Liner World!!!!!
We are now going through this. Found the hole (about 4 inches long so not so small) because it was on the bottom and all water totally out and sent them the close up pics and now being told we can purchase a replacement for $150!!! And we weren't even able to use it either!!! Terrible company!
We purchased a pool liner from Linerworld, 25 guage shark nation. Had it installed by professional pool installers on 4/17/16. Ran water over night for 8 to 9 hours. When i got up the following morning, 4/18/16 and went to check the water level, there was only about 2 feet of water in the pool and the yard was flooded.
Called the company that installed the liner for us. They located one hole in the seam about 1/4". They repaired it for us out of curtacy(sp) but said that because we did not purchase liner from them, they are not resposible for any other leaks.
We continued filling pool, all was fine. On weds 4/20/16 the pool was finally filled. We checked all around the inside and outside of pool area, no leaks, no holes. Ran the pump all day, still no leaks.
This morning, 4/21/16 went out to turn on pool pump and it was down 4", yard flooded again, found another hole, and not sure if there are anymore.
Called Linerworld and they told me i had to take close ups of the hole(s). Now i'm not sure how i am supposed to do that with 20,000 gals of water in the pool slowly leaking out and no underwater camera.
I am so disgusted. 230.00 for liner, 450.00 for installation, and going to be about 100.00m in water, and all i get is "send us close ups of the holes". Cant be done without draining pool again.

We also bought a liner from the world. The first time we thought could have been a mistake the purchased another liner filled the pool. Water held for a day .then BURST FLOODED THE YARD. Destructed the sand underneth. Called liner world they sent another pool on them . After two dats of getting the sans corrected and pool back up along with the liner installed held water for a week. No one way in pool during this time then agaig HOLES STARTED POPPING UP. WAS ABLE TO TAKE PHOTOS THEY STATED THEY WOULD SEND A CHECK THAT WAS A MOTH AGO. STILL WAITING. Now take a mind this is a new liner and has five patched holes in it july 2016
