I purchased two t-shirts. Received via USPS. Shirts were ordered size 2X as i like them larger than I need. Wife washed them with other t-shits in warm gentle cycle. They came out about the size of a postage stamp. Reached them to complain and ask for a return. They told me you cannot wash in warm. No lable except size with their name. No T-Shirt ever is like this.

The material is thinner than any i have ever owned. They wrote me back and offered a 15% off my next purchase. I declined and complained. They then said they would give me 50% discount. Of course, like i would ever buy another product from them.

Looking at the T-Shirt, it is made in China and is very cheap. This is a scam and bet their profit margin is at least 300%. Looking at the Internet their are multiple complaints. This Company must be shut down from the Internet.

I ordered a large shirt for my wife. The shirt took over 6 weeks to arrive but was a small size, not even close. I submitted a return request and was given a RA and return address. After another 6 weeks from the return no news so a trace showed it was delivered in early December to the address given.

Low and behold they now say I would have to recall the package and sent it to China. Rip-off’s are what they are and they are not even inexpensive to begin with. So just don’t do business with this company ever. They show great reviews on their site but those must be from Chinese friends.

Lilicloth.com is terrible.

After paying for my order, i was informed weeks later that they ship via usps from china, not california as they lead you to believe. Had i known this, i would never have purchased anything from them.

When i finally did get the 3 shirts i ordered - almost 2 months later, there was basically no cotton in the items...Mostly rayon and they were two sizes too small, despite the fact i ordered the correct sized for me and my husband.

I tried to log in to leave a review, but when i hover with the mouse over the "write review" button, it does not work. The button appears to be disabled. I am unable to warn others of the false advertising, terribly poor qualtiy and that their order will take almost 2 months to get to their door.

Scamion is my only recourse to vent my frustration. I would love to return the items, but i have to pay for the shipment back to china. They know i will not do this and lose even more money than i already lost.

I hope this stops someone other poor fool from wasting their hard-earned dollars.

Variety of blouses, t-shirts, a bracelet, pair sandals, necklace

The only thing I want to keep is the necklace. First it took forever to get the first shipment--was in two packages. Then finally a got the "second" shipment (different order #). They couldn't find a record of the earlier shipment. When I received the first shipment which they couldn't find a record for, I went online to return all but a necklace. The bracelet quote was mis-spelled and the clothes were all different sizes although they were marked "medium." The clothes reeked of gasoline. I contacted them after inputting all items in one-by-one for return (but the necklace) and they were supposed to get back to me within 48 hours. Quite some time later (after the 15 days were up), they found the order but guess what.. Too late to return the stuff! They won't allow me to return the shipment and I can't even donate any of the items in either shipment because they smell so bad!! They even finally told me in one of the over 30 emails that they were in China. Over $200 down the drain. This was the worst buying experience I have EVER had. You'd better like what you order and be prepared because you aren't going to get your money back from these thieves.

I am willing to provide all the correspondence I've had with this company to show how I've been given the run-around. They actually sent me an email stating they were located in China but BBB has them in City of Industry, California,

I ordered two t-shirts, both the same size. One was too little and the other way too big and mishapen.

If I knew ahead of time that returns would have to be sent to China, I would never have ordered from this company. It will cost me more than half the amount of my order to send back to China. The email I received from customer service stated that they off a 15% refund instead of sending the items back. Hilarious!

Do not order from this company - they place ads all over social media. Inferior products.

They can send you whatever they want. In my case it was a misprinted pull over that was also dirty. In addition to the misprint the clothing must have been folded to soon after printing because there was discoloration as a result of the print not having set. The product was delivered to me 11 weeks after ordering, so too late to file a dispute with my credit card company which will do nothing when the disputed more than 60 days previous.

Heck they can send you rags and make money. No legitimate recourse. The cost of shipping the item back, along with other fees, exceeds the amount to refunded.

Their terms - Guangzhou, China. According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package. Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth. This is of no real help when the product received is not what you ordered.

Heck their name should be "Rags for Riches". They send you crap, and you send them money.

Unbelievably poor customer service! Ordered product for Christmas and 30 days later no product, no delivery status, no communication! Anytime I try to communicate with them, I get a stock, hit a button reply and no solutions. I've asked for my money back and they don't even acknowledge the request. Blames everything on Covid and take no responibility for there shitty service. Never, ever spend a dime with these cheats!

Lilicloth The clothing sent is Nothing like what they show in the pictures. I bought 4 women's tops from them. The bottom of one of the tops looked as if it was just cut quickly across the bottom with a pair of scissors. No seam at all!

When I looked at their return policy, 2 of the tops were marked "final sale" which meant I could not return them or get a refund. Their "support" site is useless.

This was their response to me:

Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).

Pls be noted that final sale item can not be returned or exchanged, pls do not shipped with the other items back to us together, since there will be no refund/store credit will be issued for the final sale item which has been wrongly returned, thanks.

Lilicloth is a scam! I purchased 5 shirts and 2 pieces of jewelry from Lilicloth and all the items that they sent me looked nothing like what the pictures looked like on their website. For example I ordered what appered to be 2 sweaters. Lilicloth sent me 2 "shirts" that are made of cotton and polyester and look nothing like the picture.

When I emailed the company and asked to return these items, they sent me an email saying that the items could not be sent back to where they were orginally sent from in California, but they would need to be sent back to the companys return center that is located in Guangzhou, China.

The email also said that I would be responsible for paying for the shipping and any possible custome fees and the items needed to be sent back with in 15 days from the date that they were received. In that same email the company offered me to just keep the items and take a 15% cash refund instead so that I could use that money to have the clothes altered incase there was a sizing issue.

There was not a sizing issue. I just wanted what I ordered based on the pictures I saw on their website!
