The invoice and paytm receipt is attached here invoice no is 1526727490. after purchase made by me I receive another call from them that I am lucky winner of Moter Cycle whose price is more than 100000/- Rs. and for that i have to pay 10% cost of that prize for RTO Charges and file charges etc. when I refuse to pay that amount they tell ok if you dont want to get prize we will dispatch your purchased product within 24 hour after confirmation from their dispatch department I got call from their dispatch department that they are dispatching my shoes but till now I didn't receive my product and I call daily many times a day to their customer care no 01140078718 for courior tracking ID two times they given me fake tracking Number of DTDC Courior which was not correct.
Many times I request them to cancel the purchase made by me and refund my money to my paytm account but they tell me that cancillation is not possible.
