DO NOT GO TO THIS SURGEON FOR RHINOPLASTY, a chin implant or fat injections to the face!!! I went to him because he is a family friend and figured he would take extra good care of me and make sure that what I wanted would result in a great outcome. Instead, I came out botched!!! He decided to cut into my alar base to make my nostrils shorter even though I had pretty narrow nostrils to begin with. Now, I have what looks like a collapsed right nostril (I can't breathe from that side) and scars to match the horrible botch job. Not to mention that I can no longer flare my left nostril. I have nerve damage because of how much he cut and how he cut it (I'm praying that it's not permanent... DON'T be fooled about the 1 year recovery mark. Alar base reductions show what it is going to look like INSTANTLY! And you can pretty much tell what your nose will look like within the 6 month mark). And my face! I HAD a pretty decent oval shaped face. It was very feminine. This surgeon decided to lipo my jawline and inject fat under my eyes and around my mouth. Now my face looks like contoured box! I am hating it and don't even want to leave the house because I look so bad. And for the chin, he told me I had a very weak chin and that I needed an implant. But now I just look like I have a tennis ball on my chin that's been cut into half.

This guy is very dismissive, arrogant, doesn't really pay attention to his patients, always seems distracted with his cell phone or something else and doesn't explain ANYTHING! Like the patient is supposed to read his mind and know exactly what these medical terms are when he talks to his assistant in front of you like you're nonexistent. Had I known that he was going to cut my nostrils, I would've told him no. But again, he as a doctor should explain everything to the patient!!! All I wanted was to remove the bump on my nose and get rid of a bulbous tip. I'm so afraid of what my tip will look like once my 1 year mark hits. I'm actually terrified.

Please don't be fooled by this surgeon. He is an over-hyped "celebrity" surgeon and is just a mediocre rhinoplasty surgeon that makes you look much worse than you did before surgery. I trusted him completely and he basically ruined my life. I'm sure that the reason I came out this way was because he just didn't care enough about me as a patient and he won't care about you either unless you're one of his subjects on his YouTube channel or on Instagram. My wedding is a couple of months from now and I'm going to have to live with how horrible I look in my wedding photos for the rest of my life thanks to garo kassabian. When I have enough money to fix this, I will be going to a plastic surgeon that specializes in revision rhinoplasty. I honestly looked 100000% better than I did before. I wish I never went to this surgeon. It's the worst mistake I have ever made in my entire life. I look so bad that I want to cry every time I see myself in the mirror. I look back at old photos and realize how beautiful I was before this tragedy. I just wish I could turn back time and not have gone through with the surgery.

I went to Dr. Kassabian for a problem with my nose that has bothered me since I was a teenager. He talked me in to doing more than I asked for. Getting lip injections, and additional work done around my nose. I trusted him to be an expert because he was double-board certified. My nose is now crooked, and I had to get a huge loan that I am still paying on now for the work I had done. It has already been more than 12 months, and I waited for the swelling and hoped that it's final state would be worth the hassle. With time, my nose only got more crooked. To make matters worse, he was very flirty and inappropriate and made me feel very uncomfortable. I saw another Dr. not too long after the 12 months passed in Beverly Hills. and had some temporary improvements until I could afford to payoff my loan and get an additional surgery to fix the work that caused it to be crooked. I now realize I should have gone to a nose specialist in the first place. I recommend everyone to do their research always before choosing your rhinoplasty surgeon.
