This man is a thief! To begin with, I bought 2 vans from him. The first van, the transmission went out after a few months. I took it to vega transmission on valley to fix it, $1500.00. After this, I traded it in for another van and I ended up paying an additional $3500! Paperwork never arrived for my purchase. Plus He charged me another $600 to transfer the title, which he never did!!!! This is when he offered to sell my van for me, because I ended up buying a truck. Since he never finished any paperwork, I went ahead and took him up on his offer. Plus, I was working on him home, as I'm in construction, so I figured I could trust him. BIG MISTAKE!!! He sold my van, took my money, and defrauded me. He cried and begged for a chance to make it up, even said he was in the hospital and was very sick. So I gave him a chance, I brought a notary to him, with a written statement admitting to his fraud, that he had taken my $7000 without my permission. I gave him a commission for selling the van, but he took all the money !!! As a good citizen, my notarized letter was an agreement for him to make payments in 6 months! He has not cared or paid me, so now I'm taking him to small claims court, where I know I will win. I have his notarized statement. If anyone else is looking for this guy, I will be more than happy to serve the population to bring justice for them. I could be a witness, provide his address, etc. I am now on my way to file a police report, then I'm off to court to file my lawsuit.

the pink slip arrived after 9 months, the registration tags also about six months. i lost the transmission after a week. he agreed to take the van back. after 4 months he showed up in my house and gave me back $2500, ( i paid $6500) he promised to give me back the money (the rest) in a week. i am still trying to find him, he is the master of promisses....
i bought the van for work , i was never able to use it even for one day. today i am calling dmv investigatore and suing him in small claim court.
