He also claims that items are in stock on his website, when items he manufactures are several months out from actual production. I purchased an intercooler and waited over 4 months to even get tracking information - and when the tracking information arrived it still took several weeks to actually receive the product.
Nik at Levels Performance LLC also continuously sells the product knowing he is several months away from completion of most of his products. He touts his product as an American Made product, but uses Chinese Intercooler cores for all of his products - The Mustang, Focus, and Fiesta ST and RS intercoolers.
His business lacks scaling and his communication is lackluster, at best he is a good fabricator but at worst he steals from Peter to pay Paul. It's an unfortunate business practice and unfortunate that most who purchase his product are trying to support a Veteran, but he spends most of his online presence posting pictures of his extravagent dinners, his dogs, or surfing.
