Purchased item from websire store in good faith - product arrived and did not meet description and product had poor workmanship. Contacted site customer support and was greeted with rude and unprofessional behaviour. Site did NOT want to take back the product nor back it up. Only a threat to have the credit card company put the charge in dispute made them take back the product. Refund finally issued.
ANY and ALL attempts to purchase any additional items is met with a rejection of the order and a "DO NOT SELL" classification which automatically rejects any attempt to purchase an item in good faith.
Before you consider doing business with this company know beyond a shadow of a doubt that they WILL give you grief on anything found by you to be of poor quality, not perform as advertised or is defective with a complete ban from any future sales. Customer Service to this company is an oxymoron
Sean at Less EMF puts out all types of products to protect against EMF. He has much to say and if you believe his products work, guess what, order one, then get it home and test it with the appropriate meters and you will find they don't work as advertised.
Its bad enough to pay for the shipping back to return it. But then when it is returned, Sean then tell you about the restocking fee. After letting Sean know it did not work, he charged it anyways.
I have filed a complaint on many agency levels. Its not alot of money, its the principal. This guy knew it did not work and he felt the need to take the money anyways!
This is what you call crooked, no honor, no ethics, and no moral fiber, which puts him in the same category as a common criminal.
Sean presents like he knows what he is talking about, and the website looks legit, but try the product and good luck!
