When going over quote for 4 new tires employee clearly told me I would be exempt from sales tax. When paying after tires were installed I was charged $58 sales tax on purchase of tires. Was told it was their choice not a guarantee and I had to pay. Been a Oregon resident for 57 years and first time I've been ripped off for sales tax in Washington.
Very poor quality of work here. Got a set of new tires from Les Schwab in gig Harbor . I have been back three times for vibrating issues. They can't figure it out I guess. My old tires were 8 years old, OEM never had any problems. I purchased a new set of tires and all kinds of vibrations now,the service technician told mo oh ya, I've seen that with these tires it's normal. Wow what a joke. I'm going to Costco to have it fixed. Good luck Gig Harbor Schwab . Stick with them if you need a free flat tire fixed, but that's all
