0 STARS... This is by far one of the worst of the worst Body shops around. They are the most DECEITFUL, MALICIOUS, SLOW and HAVE THE VERY WORST OVERALL STAFF OF ANY BUSINESS I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!!!!

Leifs spams the radio with all of these great sounding ads and if they were only partially able to deliver what they say I would not be writing this review.

This started when I dropped off my Vehicle on July 7th and had been told during my initial quote visit the week before that the repairs would not take more than 2 weeks and probably less because my Insurance Company had a rep in the Leifs shop every day.

I was told that if I used Leifs they would cover half of my $ 500 deductible as well.

Let's move out 8 days to July 15th when I call them for an update because I haven't heard from them as promised. No return call until I call 4 more times on the 18th. Then finally some lady calls me from there and tells me oh sorry the guy who quoted you and received your vehicle on the 7th no longer works here and she tells me my Insurance Company just approved my repairs that day. Wow what a coincidence it got approved the day I left a message that if I didn't get a call back by 5PM I would be in to remove my vehicle from their shop and go elsewhere. So she tells me she'd call me on Friday the 22nd with an update and it should be done within a week.

Friday comes and goes and I don't receive a call or call them because I'm actually busy working. I call again Monday the 25th 3x no return call until the next day. The same lady tells me well your vehicle is still in the body shop and won't go into paint until the following Thursday which would be Aug 4th. I asked her you're kidding right ? She assures me she's not. LOL I hang up before I scream at her. She told me it takes 4 days for my vehicles paint to dry so for laughs I stop by there Friday morning and peak into their fenced storage area. HMM, my vehicle looks like it's sitting outside 1 day after being painted and looks like it's ready to go.

I call from their parking lot and ask if my vehicle is done and if I can pick it up. Answer is no it's not ready. I say really I'm standing here looking at it and it looks good to go. Answer is no there is more work to be done. I call back on Monday. Can I pick up my vehicle ? The lady stammers UM no not yet. I ask why and then she tells me that they won't release my vehicle until they get the check from my Insurance Company. I'm just so annoyed at this point I hang up laughing.

They call me on August 9th telling me I can come down and pick up my vehicle all I have to do is pay them my $ 500 Deductible. I just hung up and went down to their shop and asked for THE Manager of the operation. Front desk lady says which one ? I say whoever is in charge of this shop. She says there are multiple equal managers. To me that is a very good way to play the shell game of where does the buck stop in this CIRCUS. I tell her whoever is capable of making an executive decision while I'm here today not tomorrow or 4 more weeks from now. Some snarky comment under her breath so I walk away to the waiting area.

The so called manager comes out and takes me back to his cubicle which looks exactly like all of the rest of them, notice I didn't say to his office. He doesn't have one. Oh it gets better too, on the way back to his cubicle who do I see sitting at his desk ? It's the one and only guy that gave me my quote and received my vehicle the day I brought it in July 7th.

My first question to the manager was going to be about the deductible but that changed to what and the heck is going on here? I was told by the lady I'd been dealing with the last 4 weeks that the guy sitting 10 feet from me left the Company which is why my vehicle was so delayed. The manager said nope I don't know why she'd say that, he didn't quit. I was like well that's pretty obvious sir since I can see him working right now.

Then I asked about my deductible and he gave me some crap about it being past the special date. I said no chance that's going to fly pal. He looked at all of the paperwork and I ended up having to pay $ 300 of my deductible instead of $ 250. I asked them if they would do the right thing and just pay the whole thing beings I'd been lied to repeatedly and they had my vehicle for 33 days. He just said no and I just said OK see you later and was walking out without my vehicle. He catches up to me and tells me he will start charging me $ 80 per day for storage fees if I don't pick up my vehicle by 5PM. I leave go have lunch and call my wife who tells me OK just go pick it up and be done with them. The she said we will just file complaints with everyone we can and write negative but accurate and honest reviews on every site we can find. I spent yesterday filing complaints with the BBB & A.G.s office. DO NOT USE LEIFS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
