In sept 2013 my family moved from ca to forth worth Texas to a home we found online being leased out from the lease than purchase company who was represented by Brandon bowers. We had to send $1000 to hold home then when we arrived to Texas we gave Brandon $2000 dollars more for purchase down payment and $300.00 for prorated rent . The 3000 was to be used a year later along with 12 months of rent credits towards down payment and closing cost on home. Brandon acted very sarcastic and unprofessional took contract and threw in a drawer and said basically bye nice doing business . During this time we were told we had to repair credit using Rick hall a credit repair specialist this was s additional $1900 we complied and used Rick . Credit only went up a small percentage and was not repaired completley. Loss in money next we kept calling and asking when we could get house finalized have been continuesly told that were not ready yet mind you we moved in sept 2013 it's now Jan 2015 and we are still fighting this battle new to this situation have never bought a home before and we find out 4months ago Brandon up and sold business to another individual and dident notify anyone us or sellers .now new company don't even know their name is doing the same run around with us and remind us if we walk our money stays with them and I'm now speaking with a law firm who's has dealt with Brandon bowers and we will see how it goes

In 2012 I leased with the same company and during the time of the lease and paying a credit repair company, Rick Hall no longer worked for the company. My credit didn't go up. They didn't work on it anymore and we paid 4500 down and 450 towards rent credits for the down payment. This company is a ripoff. What is the name of the law firm that you are going through. Maybe I can speak with them also.
