11/27/19, I purchased what I thought was a Dewalt tool combo kit for $ 56.19, using my paypal account. I kept tracking the order because I did not want anyone to steal my package when it was delivered, I saw it was delivered and when I got home I saw no package anywhere, instead in my mail box was a small black envelope and inside was a pair of Rayban sunglasses which I did not order.
I immediatley emailed the company only to be told that the package was delivered and if I have a problem I am to go to post office and talk to them, the post office has nothing to do with what I ordered, I contacted Paypal thinking I would get help, but instead I was jerked around with paypal and Mr. GuangBo Chen.
I was offered a partial refund of $ 46.00, but I refused, I wanted all my money back, once I refused a few days later I received and email from Paypal telling me they will give me a full refund, only if I send package back, I said ok, they sent me the return address for the product, but when I went to my post office to send it they entered the information provided to me from Paypal and I was told that the address was incomplete
There were numbers missing, and it would cost me over $ 20.00 to ship (it only cost Mr. Chen $ 14.00 to ship), I refused to pay the additional money to have the package sent back, I told them to verify the return address while I was on phone with them, and she said the address was correct

ordered dec 20th a month later still nothing arrive. Reporting to the fbi cyber crime division. Do not order anything from this sight.
