Lash Serum Plus Reviews

Lash serum plus

This "company" keeps changing the names on their bottles to get away from fraud and thievery charges! What a joke and disgrace.

  • Jan 16, 2018

I ordered what said was a free offer to try before you buy lash serum. I paid the $7.95 for shipping and recieved my product. Nothing, again, was there any mention of this being a trail offer. I turned it into my bank and they researched it and the company sent them a huge statement saying I was aware of the policy and I was chargd the full amount, total $247.89. I closed my bank account of 20 plus years. And the lash serum did not work. Saw no results. Total SCAM!!!

This charge was not authorized. I just received this sample in the mail a couple days ago and according to the webpage (cannot find now) I would have 2 weeks trial to try it before I buy it. I just looked at my bank account this morning and saw this "LAEFLNI*TR 077967 LAEFLNI*TRYLASHTASTE 855-3941292 IL Transaction Date: 7/27/2017 12:00 AM Transaction Amount: $149.95 Check Number: Debit or Credit: D Host Transaction Code: 146 Host" The company representative, Janine, operator ID 01156 outright refused to acknowledge my demand for a refund. I have call recorder on my phone so I have the entire evasive conversation recorded. Finally after explaining that I will be contacting the BBB and going to my bank to dispute the transaction this woman attmepted to give me a refund first $50, then another amount, then another amount. I asked repeatedly if she undertood English and that I expect the full refund.

Finally after several minutes she sent email confirmation of return #2072150. She tried to get me to say on the recorded line that I will not go to my bank and dispute this charge. I informed her that I will not agree to not dispute the charges. I told her that this company must refund my money (returning the sample I received 2 days ago in the mail) and Janine stated it takes 5-7 business days to process my refund. I informed her that I will dispute the charges if I do not receive a full refund. I then messaged my bank in regards to this transaction (pasted the message here.)

This company attempted to scam me for $149.95! I (like an idiot) signed up for a free trial for which I only had to pay the shipping cost of $7.95 for a 30 day free trial. During the last week of my trial I got very busy at work, so I was forced to wait until Saturday to call the company.

The last day of my trial was 7/1/17, the same Saturday morning that I'd planned to call and cancel the trial. However, when I woke up that morning, I discovered that they had charged my account the $149.95 at MIDNIGHT, as soon as the last day of my trial began, effectively shorting me a day on my trial.

I called anyway to cancel, and the woman I spoke to was agreeable about the cancellation, but when I told her I expected a full refund since I had lived up to my end of the deal and called to cancel within the alloted time, she told me that she could not refund my account since they had already sent the charge through.

She then proceeded to attempt to sell me MORE of their products at reduced rates for future shipments - I obviously laughed in her face and told her that I didn't even want the awful product they'd sent to me in the first place, and again demanded a refund. After much debating and a phone call to my own bank, she offered to credit me back $90.00 of the charge, and I agreed because at that point I was sick of talking about it.

As I mentioned before, that all happened on 7/1/17. I was pleased to see that each day when I checked my bank account, the charge had not shown up at all, and I forgot about it and moved on. Therefore, you can imagine my surprise and rage when I saw the charge reappear on my account on 7/15/17! I guess they thought I wouldn't notice the $149.95 charge the second time it showed up?

Luckily for me, I worked in retail banking for quite a long time in the past, and I knew that at this point I would be able to dispute the charge. I called the company and got a confirmation number for my cancellation and then called my bank's fraud department to explain the whole situation. I'm thrilled to say that I saw today that the funds had been returned to my account, but that is ONLY due to my bank's wonderful fraud department.

Bottom line - DO NOT ACCPT A FREE TRIAL OFFER FROM A LASH SERUM COMPANY WHICH SAYS YOU ONLY HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING! I read another report that sounded exactly like what happened to me but under a different company name, so beware!

I ordered htis product as a trial basis. I paid the $7.95 shipping na dhandlin gwhich seems high given the lightweight product. The product gave me an allergic reaction. i immeidately threw it away so my kids would not get into too. I went to the docgtor ($50) for drops to velar the infection ($20). I called to cancel and was first kept on hold for 14 minutes, The customer service person was obviously reading and re reading from a script. she repeated herself six times and talked over me. she told me that in order to return it, I had to return the product and pay $29.95 to reeturn it. They said it was clearly stated on the website which is was not.

https://lashrejuv.com/offer/rejuv4/

If I don't "retrieve" the product (it is out of the house) then I would be charged $149.95. Then five minutes later she said shecould do me a favor and only charge me $89.95. I mean really. I asked for a supervisor. she refused. Put me on hold for 17 minutes. Then said a supervisor was not available. Then she hung up on me. i called back. another 12 minutes on hold. I got the same broken record from Angel. i asked for a supervisor. She also "pretended" to get a supervisor. I was on hold for 17 minutes. then she disconnected the call. Angel came back and basically repeated the sme thing to me 4 times. I was cler that I understood it. She also disconnected the call. I called back and spoke to Casey. After 16 minutes on with him and a 27 minute hold, i finally got a sup0ervisor who would not tell me his name. He said the same thing.

This product is not FDA approved. their customer service is horrendous. They are reading from a script. They offer no recourse. They have it fixed so they get money either way. And frankly, even without a bad reaction - I do have sensitive skin - I should be able to return a product without paying $30 to do so.

I will be alerting my bank to refuse the payment that they no doubt will try to make. This is reprehensible. This "company" is no company. It is a boiler room using boiler room tactics.

This company is a scam, they send u try it before you buy it..at $7.95..but if u dont want it u will be charge $40.00 or u have to return it, I called and tryed to tell the lady my 17 year old daughter order this but didnt read the terms om this. call the very next day after she got it and now they say I have to pay to send back. these company scam people by not putting everything people need to know up front, it should say if u dont cancal right a way u will be charged $149.95. be no its hidding in the terms. most people dont read that like a 17 year old. no where does it say if you dont like it you have to send back or pay $40.00 to keep the trail product. no where in the terms does say if u dont return it they will charge u. with all the compaints and can't figure out why they are still ripping people off.

I was offered a free trial and they did not mention that I would be charged $150 for the product if I did not cancel within 14 days. I tired to cancel but they would not answer the phone making it impossible to cancel. I can not afford to be charged this much money.

I ordered Lash Serum Plus on October 28 fot a 14 day free trial, I didn't receive the product until the 5th of November. I called them to cancel as the 14days was nearly up. They refused to cancel and extended the trial to the 18th of November. I agreed. I called again to speak with Sean explaining I didn't like the product and wanted to send it back. I was told I was using it wrong and keep trying til the end of the month. Once again I called to cancel on the end of November. They actually cancelled the product the next day saying ghere was no need to return. As I had used my credit card for the shipping, I checked my card on the 1st of December only to find that they charged my $149.95. I immediately called, they said they could refund only a portion of my money, I argued with them, they finally agreed but said it would take 7-10 business days. I returned their product after I demanded they give me an address to return it to. Product returned to them on the 8th of December. After a week, i called again asking where my refund was, they said they wouldn't issue it until they received the product, I explained that they had it for a week already. Finally after several emails and phone calls I call my credit card company to dispute the charge. They called Lash Serum Plus with me on the phone and was told that Lash Serum had tried to reverse the charge but it was denied by my card company and that I would receive a check in the mail within the next few days. Finally my card company refunded my money but now 2 weeks later Lash Serus is denying the dispute and now I have to provide all information to prove my claim.

I signed up for a free sample and was automatically billed a monthly renewal fee for a product that doesn't work as advertised.

  • Dec 7, 2016

Don't order this under the free trial as they will not honor a cancellation. They charge $149.95 before trial is over and then refuse to credit back when you call. They offer to not charge going forward only.. total rip off and the product does nothing.. this is a numbers game for them and they could care less !!! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM

LashSerum Plus and Lash Renew.corcrm are the same company with the same address and contact telephone number, but using different websites and different terms and conditions. Buyer's BEWARE.... look at the difference between when the trial period begins on the following terms and conditions.:

If you order your trial product on the Lash Serum plus website, the terms and conditions clearly states

"After delivery of your initial order, you will have 14 days to try the product & determine the benefits. 14 days AFTER you receive your product, your credit card will be automatically charged the full retail price of $149.95. This will happen 14 days AFTER you receive your order. You must call during the 14 day trial period to not be billed the full retail amount".

If you order your trial product on the LashRenew.corcrm website, the terms and conditions are different.....

"After placing your initial order, you will have 14 days to try the product & determine the benefits. 14 days after you place your order, your credit cardd will be automatically charged the full retail price of $149.95. you must call during the 14-day trial peiro to not gbe billed the full retail amount"

You willl need to argue your case with their customer service representatives. You may be lucky enough to get a refund, but you will be asked to return your trial products.

I never received a confirmation e-mail. Called to cancel 7 days later and account was never canceled. They claim to give a code when canceling, but I never received one over phone or e-mail. Called back when they charged me the full price 149$ operator was refusing to cancel. I asked to speak to supervisor/manager multiple times and he never did. I finally informed him of the call being recorded on my end as well and he finally gave me a "code" with his agent id#. DO NOT TRUST. SCAM.

This company is a total rip off!! When u call to cancel & explain the product irritates your eyes, they try & persuade you to keep trying out & offer lower price. ..I had to say NO three times before I needed to get a little harsh! If it irritates ur eyes why would anyone continue to use it. ..? I returned the barely used product as they directed & I am still calling to fight for a refund ($149.95) AFTER they charged my account when I had already canceled & returned the product, which was a week or so into the trial. ... They are a scam & so unhelpful when u call. ... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

  • Nov 10, 2016

Please beware of this company's scam. Once you order the trial, it states that you may cancel the subcription within the 14 day trial period and it does not state that you must return the trial product before you can cancel. Also, there's no refund for what you pay when the porduct is returned.

After speaking with 2 customer service reps and a supervisor, I demanded that they show me where it states that the trial product must be returned and he directed me to their return policy. Never could he show me where it stated that I must return the trial product at my own expense if I choose to cancel. Also, they are rude and will overtalk you like a robot that can't hear.

This is not a company or product I would recommend to anyone. As for the product itself, I never used it once I called and had this terrible customer service experience. I also highly doubt that they'll keep their word once they recieve the trial back so, I'm calling my bank to avaid any charges from them in the future. So, again avoid this company and it's scamming policy.

The website claimed the eyelash growth serum would be a free trial and made it seem as though cancellation would be an option. Shipping was about $7 which I was fine with. I was tricked into adding a similar serum for eyebrows into my balance which added another $9 or so that I did not see was added to the purchase until it was too late to take it back. I figured another $9 wouldn't kill me. However, a couple weeks later, $149.95 was charged to my account. I checked the website again and I now notice they have a section that states the trial period is 10 days and you will be charged on the 14th day. However, I believe they start the trial period the day you order the product rather than the day you receive the product in the mail. Also, It did not provide this vital information anywhere throughout the purchase process and they lied about the fact that the charges can be cancelled at any time. I immediately called my bank and they concluded that they cannot label this as fraudulent due to the fact that I had given the company access to my payment information when I purchased the products. My bank did give me a phone number to call in order to begin an investigation but I wanted to also file this report here to spread the word that this company is a scam and also to seek out any extra help or advice that will get me my money back.
