Michael Leu sold Canada land parcels which were not titled, however at the time, Leu owned the larger parcel containing the smaller parcels. Buyers did not receive ownership of the parcels paid for. I paid for some parcels in Canada which Leu promised title to and "Full ownership of the land". I received a Quit Claim title giving me "Use of the Land", not ownership of the parcels. The ad claimed this as an investment, however without title to the land, the money paid can never be considered an investment without full and complete ownership of the land.

The supposed "title" that the seller awards his buyers is a Quit Claim Deed in the US allowing "Use of the Land". Absolutely no legal status in Canada and no contract or sales document is provided. Buyers arrive in Canada with apparent "proof" of their purchase with paperwork that is meaningless.

After I demanded return of the money I paid, he threatened me with a libel lawsuit if I continued to pursue return of the money.

Michael Leu uses tricks, bribery and deception with the use of the gospel to make him look like a good person to lure you into sending him money for land you will not receive a title.

I complained to the FBI and the Ohio Attorney General, but no action was ever taken to help me recover the money I lost.

Positive Support for Mr. Leu

Upon seeing this false accusation against Mr. Leu, I need to support Mr. Leu. We bought this same land in Canada, and it was also purchased on the same auction site. It was perfectly clear to us on the auction listing, that this land was for camping only, and clearly stated we were to have possessory interest in the land, and could camp only, and not build.

For the person stating this false accusation, it is extremely odd he would not know this also, especially in that the cost was under $1000 for an acre property, and all the listing details emphasized what one was receiving, and he had to agree to the auction details before he could bid as stated on the auction site user agreement.

Our friends also purchased the camping lot next to ours, and we are both extremely happy with our purchase: a lifelong camping site in a beautiful part of Canada for under $1000. We have been there a number of times over the years and just love it!

We also support Mr. Leu here in that over the years, we have bought other properties from him: land in Florida and Arizona. Both properties turned out to be excellent investments as we tripled our money spent over time when we sold them.

Anyone who believes this totally false report here on Mr. Leu is just disregarding the true facts, that Mr. Leu is an honest man who made it abundantly clear that the Canada land was for camping only in having possessory interest in the land.

We could not be happier with our property, totally support Mr. Leu, and look forward to doing more real estate purchases with him.
