My wife and i were trying to purchase our first home and had dealings with this company for over 9months trying to purchase our dream home.A modest house with land but as the process was nearing the end of closing we were told that we needed an additional 2 weeks for this roberta swann of landmark mortgage to get us to closing the homeowner would not extend the date due to fact that roberta swann had no idea what she was doing at all.she cost us over$ 7,000 and our new home!
