I wnnt to this kiosk owned by Kristal Cosmetics.A young lady named maria baranofski sold me some cosmetics ,She tried to charge me 1500 dollars then she said 250 when she gaveme the bill was 350.She gave me a card that said one free facial.I called the next day to make an appointment for my facial and hey told me to come over. When I got there maria said the esthetician named Hili was busy and would need 5 minutes and we should go to starbucks. On the way over there she told me that I had to buy something and I said no .She then told me she had to use the bathroom and she would be right back. After 20 minutes I went back to the kiosk and demanded my facial as I had an appointment. She said they wee busy,

There were 3 employees and no customer4s.Finally Hili came over and proceeded to tell me that i was misinformed the day before and I needed more proucts .I listened and I said no that I came for my free facial andproduced the card .

She said she was not up to it and would not do it.I made an appointment produced the card and drove 20 minutes. This company uses deceptive selling practices bait and switch selling tactics and in my 64 years I have nevr been treated like this after spending 350 dollars. They make you feel stupid and ugly and tell you how can you look like that you need their products .I advise anyone not to go there as their products donot do whatthe ladies say they will

This afternoon I was asked at a Kristal's Cosmetic kiosk in the mall if I wanted to try a skincare product for free. I should have known better!!! But I agreed to try some skincare products on my face. They seemed great at the time but were way beyond my ability to buy-- one bottle of an eye treatment was $1000, according to the sales person. Because I was a "special customer" whom she liked, I could get a special discount of only $350 for today. I asked if these products had an SPF because I am outdoors a lot and because of the price, I assumed they were fragrance free. (They are neither.) She assured me that the SPF was 35. So yes, I bought the products. By the time I got home my face was really burning and the fragrance so strong that I had a headache. I also discovered I was given the rock Crystal day cream for oily skin even though my skin is extremely dry. I am a poorer but wiser consumer. If you see the Kristals Cosmetic kiosk or facial treatment salons in your mall, PLEASE walk the other way. I am only grateful that I did not buy any other products although there was a hard sell by the sales rep.
