3 HOURS AFTER OUR REFUSAL WE WERE NOTIFIED ABOUT THESE NOTICES THAT WERE BEING SAID AGAINST THE COMPANY
THEN A HOUR LATER WE RECIEVED A EMAIL FROM THIS VERY SAME PERSON TELLING WHAT HE HAD DONE AND TRIED TO GET US TO PAY HIM $350.00 TO REMOVE THE COMPLAINT//
He lies pathologically. He made up a contract for 44 months when there was 80 months remaining on the loan. Every payment was made on time to Garry McColgins bank account. Garry failed to make the payments. Vehicle was repo'd after $21k invested. Criminal charges pending.
I allowed both my 2014 maxima and my 2014 Harley Street Glide to handled by Kredit Karz, the maxima went first and didn't have a problem, so I allowed my Harley to go. When I got the first violation for not paying a toll on my tag, which I had to pay, it was time to renew the tag on the car, I needed an address to get the emission exemption, which he never gave, payment wasn't made, I wanted the car back, that is when the 2nd payment on my harley wasn't made. I wanted both of my vehicles back. I got my maxima with over 10k in damages, they didn't have full coverage insurance on it, just the state minimum and they had marked as a Altima and not a Maxima. the car was assigned to Kredit Karz in February of 2015 with only 19k miles on it, when I got it back in August of 2015, it had over 60k miles on it. as for my Harley, I had to hire a private investigator out of Orlando Florida to find and recover my bike, that took my almost 8 months. He collected over 5,000 on my car and almost 9,000 on my harley and I'm stuck with the damages, the legal issues with trying to recover my bike. Stay away from this company and Garry, they are bad news!
Garry from kredit karz sent a female employee to pick up my lincoln mkz 2014 with 1900 miles. We were behind on the payment and he said he would sell it fast so it would not be repo ed. Everytime we tell him we want our car back he says he is not allowed to say where it's at. It was in florida with a potential buyer. Sure a 5000 rental poteinal.We cannot get our car back and we are two payments behind and he has made enough money to pay our car off.

ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE
THEY TOOK OVER PAYMENTS ON A 2012 VW CC THAT PER THE ORIGINAL OWNER AND CONTRACT HAD ONLY 44 MONTHS LEFT...
THERES NO SUCH THING AS A 80 MONTH LOAN AND ON A USED CAR CAN ONLY GO 60 MONTHS....
EVERY PAYMENTS WAS MADE TO THE OWNER AND AFTER THAT ITS OUT OF OUR CONTROL.
THEY HAD ONLY HAD THE CAR FOR 2 YEARS AT $498.00 A MONTH IS ONLY 12K.....
THEY TURNED THE CAR FROM PERSONAL INTO A COMMERCIAL VEHICLE WHICH CREATED A HUGE PROBLEM

Same as reviews above, took my car made 2 payments and he then didnt even know where my car was. Absolute waste of oxygen!
