1. We used paypal while stationed overseas to purchase what we were led to believe was month long trial subscription to Jumpstart for homeschooling purposes for a one time fee of 8.99. The website locked up our computers and all attempts to use it failed utterly. We chalked it up to an internet website mistake and forgot about the "trial."
2. Here's the issue. The fee isn't one time, and the only method of cancellation is to attempt over the phone via the support line, which nobody ever answers or calls back from, or to mail in a request to cancel, which we've done. Unfortunatly, until now we've not sent the cancellation notice via registered mail, so we can't prove they're ignoring all these requests.
