Purchased a Kids GPS Tracker Watch from this company based on a Facebook ad. The ad said satisfaction was 100% guarenteed. Despite requesting a refund on the very day I received the watch, the company denied the return. Communication is very unclear from them, including the directions for operating the watch.

I ordered two of these watches for my grandkids and got a messenger response saying my order was received. After a couple of days I realized I never got a tracking number so I emailed the company and got a very vague response. Telling me my order would be shipped in a week and I'd receive a tracking number then. Well that never happened and as I've tried to contact them I am now not getting any response from them. This company is ripping people off and it needs to stop. I sent them another email requesting a full refund and I will see if that happens. This is very disappointing.
I ordered 2 Kids Tracker GPS Smart Watches from a FaceBook ad on Nov. 22, 2016 and paid with PayPal. The charge of $67.98 was immediately paid and I received a confirmation by e-mail. The confirmation said that I would received the watches between Nov.30 and Dec 5. I know it is only Dec. 7, but I heard a report on the TV news this morning about all the fake websites for ordering products and began to worry about this order. I googled this item and found that this is a fradulent site. I have contacted PayPay and hope to get help from them.
I ordered 2 GPS KidsSmartwatches on Nov. 21 via FB advertisement for $29.99 each plus shipping. I received an email comfirming order and order number. My charge card was immediately charged the fee for both watches which came fo 67 dollars and some change.
After two weeks and no updates on tracking, I sent message via Facebook and email, which I got back only auto replies. I have sent numerous emails and now the replies have ceased. I've read hundreds of people who have experienced the same scam as myself.
