Good Afternoon Public My name is Frank R and I am a life long resident of the Great State of Pennsylvania.I am a firm believer in Medical Marijuana and the help that if can offer patients. But most of all i am a citizen that follows the law in all aspects, hand shake, contracts, or ones written by our great government. I follow the various different sites and do research on potential and up coming MMJ businesses and the owners of them to avoid ones with potential and questionable backgrounds. I was recently appalled when i found out that. In my eyes that is an ethical issue which a s a state resident i can not sit by and accept.....
I am sick of business doing whatever they feel and hiding behind lawyers and courts as they continue to hurt people, while being aloud to profit of of tax payers dollars. I will not stand by anymore and watch people get screwed, i cant get a license but they can I was able to obtain a contract from the man they hurt and along with the UCC number.
The Keystone Organic Solutions LLC group entered a contract at free will, with prior knowledge to its contents and breached the agreement several days later.
they can play the he said she said game all they want fact is they agrred to the contract and broke it all becasue they seen an artical on this site about me well after they entered the agreement. The artical has no merrit and i explained myself and will fight it to the end. please see attached UCC and contracts. Once the invoice is satisfied then a redaction will be made and the UCC lifted.
