Kevin Vuong hired us for pool cleaning service. We came to the house several times, explained to him immediately his pool water was old, the isocyanuric level was exceeding 300ppm and the water needed to be summarily changed. We explained in simple terms high conditioner levels, phosphates and TDS make it near impossible to stablize the water chemistry. We also explained pool water should be changed every 3 to 5 years. We provided him an ultimatum (since we were literally losing money on chemicals each week), change the pool water or we have to terminate service. He refused to change the water, we stopped service and sent him the closing bill. We have called, text, mailed invoices ALL IGNORED. This man is a THIEF who stole our services, our time, our gas, our chemicals and our expertise!
