Kevin Brian Baldwin, DOB 9-3-1988, committed gift card fraud against our company. He sold us gift cards, provided by his employer, which were to be used for business purposes. Mr. Baldwin sold us those cards in consideration for money. Upon termination by his employer, Mr. Baldwin was asked to return said cards, which were company property, to which he refused since they were already sold and no longer in his possession. As a result, said employer cancelled cards leaving the value at Zero. Mr. Baldwin refused to pay back our compnay for the funds he was paid. He has been reported to local law enforcement.
