Kent Ackerman is in the business of fraudulently representing himself as a knowledgeable and well connected real estate investor/flipper/developer. We came to find out, through our business dealings with him, that all the homes he said he developed and flipped were actually done by a completely different individual. Only one out of the 10 homes he claimed he did.....was actually done by him and he almost lost any profit that he built into the deal because of his lack of knowledge and expertise on how to handle the project.
In one instance, he was working with a one of our funding company connections, that was willing to fund our project....but the transaction fell through when the funding company found out that one of the homes that this individual claimed he built was a complete lie. They found out about this misrepresentation by calling the actuall developers of the property during their due diligence phase. His actions tarnished our companies reputation ten fold.
We almost lost our properties as a result of his lack of knowledge that he claims to have. He gives bad business advice that will cost you money when it comes time to repair the damage.... So please stay away from this individual at all cost!
This individual will worm his way into your company business structure while simply attempting to access company funds for his own personal benefit. Do not allow this individual any access to your company banking information.
