Kelvin Watson is a crook and a scammer. He broke the frame of my vacant rental property and claimed it was his. He leased my house and collected rent for months from a family that I believe was in on the scam. The property was willed to me due to a death and he broke in changed the locks and threw away all my belongings inside. Had the neighbors convinced that he bought the house.
