Kelly Roofing is a terrible roofing company. We hired Kelly Roofing to replace a flat roof on our building. The re-roof was done in October of 2016. We were told that there was a one year warranty on all work performed and materials. As this is Florida we didn't hit the height of rainy season until June of 2017. A leak developed in one of our units. First phone call to Kelly Roofing I was told that they do not handle warranty work that it is a third party company. When I called the 3rd party company I was told that in 5 business days they would call to schedule an appointment for inspection. I had an active leak in rainy season. Joe Kelly called me later that evening because I accused them of being dishonest and unproffesional. He had a tech come to the property the next morning. The tech found that in one corner of the roof a joint had not been sealed and that was what caused the leak. He sealed the leak and when I asked how soon could I expect someone to repair the damage to my ceiing from the leak he said that wasn't his job and that the office would call. No one called to schedule the repair. A week or so later we received an email to close out the work ticket. We responded asking when they would be out to repair the ceiling damage and were told by Michelle that she would pass the message along and someone would get back with us.
We are still waiting, we sent another follow up email and there has been no response. We paid for a service and expected the job to have been performed properly. The job was not completed properly which caused a leak. They did stop the leak but will not repair the damage that has been done. Apparently they are too busy to take care of customers, when their work was negligent. I would advise agains using them to any one who woud ask. They were quick to cash our check but left us hanging when it came to fixing their mistake.
