Zachary Kafoglis and Katz & Stefani is a rip off! If you’ve ever seen them in court you know they will sell out their clients to the lowest bidder. Zachary Kafoglis and his firm are only interested in your money and will drop you as soon as they think you can no longer pay. They bill for everything you can imagine and will have several attorneys work on your case at the same time and bill for each one so you will be looking at their rate times 3 or 4! Nothing gets done. Only more meetings and more “reviews”. Unless you have endless resources and can deal with outrageous bills continuing to feed their insatiable appetite for money I’d run away and find a real firm that can handle your issue. Find a real lawyer with real ethics and one that will not be afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
