(finally Owen had a mandatory meeting with us tat the Fremont location.
He didn't even show up, nor did he call to tell us he wasn't coming. He was a real arrogant POS who thought his s*** didn't stink, but EVERYONE ELSE'S WREAKED!) (some things he did that he should not have done: played fovoritsm, in 'secret' paying the females more raises commission and more hours (and OT) Tha the guys unless they were managing a kiosk or store. (told us ALL in training, just like every lying POS in that company, that ALL THE STONES WERE 100 AUTHENTICATED AND NOTHING WAS FAKE, which is why some of them went to. The price range of 300+ dollars (when we said it was real silver and in reality it was really just a cheap version of Stainless steel) *ripped off* Rhianna (operations, payroll, general concerns you speak with her) my paycheck was a different (less than) amount than I was expecting to received but when attended to rhianna in hr/PAYROLL she tried denying of owing me an extra amount all together and said I earned every penny I got... This didn't make me happy at all. I was missing almost 200 or 250$. So they say, after arguing with her and eventually Owen as** hole too, they finally decided to double check the math reported on commission earned. Ob look at that, about 250-300$ wasn't added to. It go f****** figure right? This made me lose all and any kinda respect I may have had towards her too. Are these people really that dumb?
Ryan raspberry (the 1st time suspicion about inner workings of company was raised) Fremont location manager. Was Alright to work under in the beginning while I was learning, but after I was good and needed no more education, he began to claim the full amount "HE EARNED" ON COMMISSION SALES even though it was completely obvious I helped the guests for the whole time they were there, until he eavesdropped and completely took over, i spoke with rhianna in such regards as well as another co worker at the time. We both set a 'meeting date' where all of Us would b able to talk about what has been happening. Long story short, no one gets in trouble by anyone. And the office workers rhianna and Owen even got brought to their attention that he was over charging cash transactions and under charging it on register so he could pocket the money or the difference, kinda skummy of him to blackmail employees just because he got away with it. So not only was he making commission money on top of the staggering high hourly rate that should've been in your wallet, but he found a way to finagle theft possibility as well. (headquarters or office information) ---------- some other illegall accomplishments: -No breaks were ever allowed and times. I had to work 13 hours a day! -fraudulent misrepresentation (all the s*** is fake. Everything is literally a lie) - I'm sure they had some shady u s*** bring held in the office in 'private ', o my because Noone ever knew what to do about legal questions. And the supposed owner, might as well go back to Arabic territories, just like thw spies he sent to watch us four hours on end! He even admitted to us that people would watch us. -didn't pay the correct amount of OT ALMOST ALWAYS. and in the 1st part of me being there. If u didn't get a direct deposit, your only other option was to pick up a check wayyy I the middle of nowhere. Even though they had people drop off delivery packages to all stores on every day of the week. They would rather people like me struggle making it that far to get a check that was I correctly calculated and than make us wait 30 minutes in office to reprint the correct amount. Smdh. * this company by fad..
BY FAR is the worst place I have ever worked for, nothing was fair or made sense and you never got an answer if u asked so Goodluck! -required u to be on call 1 day and scheduled to work 5 days. Almost always worked 6 days. *lying to people about the quality of jewelry is very hard for alot of people, it wasn't soo difficult for me, I just told them any obvious factors like it wasn't real gold and what not. But the stones were told about to us in a lie as well. So f*** it! -lastly if like to say on top of a very u ethically well trained group of people who had 0 salesman skills other than taught to lie an d lie. These people are the ones who u see complaining about every job they ever have And they think, incorrectly tho, that THIS one is THE ONE.. Why? Cuz they offer you 12$ or 15$ per/hr? The store , you arent allowed food or drink ,, they are very protective over their jewelry ,, locked and behind glass,, signs say rose gold.. i bought 7 small items for my mother for mothers day only to find out later the 7 items i spent $650 are all worth nothing more than $1 or $2 dollars each . i never get to see my mother and i wanted to get her something special.. f*** you karma and luck i hope you get the karma and luck you deserve for tricking people . evil ruse
