I met with Caryn Wenzel, a representative of three day blinds, nearly 9 months ago. She completely misled me with finance options and later I learned she completely deceived me on writing up orders that were not based on what I ordered from her. She has had zero regard for my situation and only refers me to a customer service line. This person Karen Wenzel is a POS that will not help you in any situation with her company that she claims is incredibly reputable – – over and over again – Dash three day blinds…
You need to only check the reviews to see what I am referring to.She has had zero regard for my situation and only refers me to a customer service line. She is claiming to state that what I ordered is an accurate and the order wasn't even complete… Hence I still don't have one window in a bedroom with window coverings because of her order not being put in properly.
This woman has given zero attention to my situation and I would strongly suggest that anybody who comes in contact with her for service – – turn her away immediately, as she will not help you once she leaves your home… Only cause you frustration with her company, three day blinds. Anybody not sure about what information to listen to should absolutely do some research and reviews on this company that is supposedly a reputable company who will make things right… Unfortunately that is not the case.
