This started out over 3 years ago when my uncle approached K & J Auto about selling his loader from his John Deere 4020 tractor. My uncle told them he wanted $500 dollars for the loader. A few days later K & J came to his farm to remove the loader & hauled it away. A few weeks later, my uncle received a bill for transporting the loader however, did not receive any money for the agreed price of the loader.
About 6 months when I visited my uncle he asked me to start his tractor because he wanted to make sure the batteries were up & tractor run good because he still wanted to sell the tractor. Upon starting it, the tractor ran at full throttle & I could not get it to idle. He said this was the first time the tractor has ran since the loader was taken off & we assertained that the fuel injection pump was damaged by K & J removing the loader, nontheless.
So, my uncle called K & J to come get the tractor to repair the pump. So they come to pick up the tractor never to return it. My uncle was asking $9000 for this tractor & to this day has yet to receive the money for the tractor or said returned item repaired from from K & J.
