Ordered free sample off facebook sight for $5.00 the following month was billed almost $200. stated it was a recurring charge after free trial. Facebook sight mentioned nothing about trial period. called bank to stop payment. after their investigation, and told bank there was nothing about trial period, bank had new credit card issued, etc. Now have had same charges. called company, was told account cancelled. When asked where I could send their "sample" back, could not get an answer out of "Sarri", the person i spoke with. This needs to be checked into.

Juvacell is a fraudulent company ripping off the internet users and their checking accounts.

A charge of $89.77 and $98.71 showed up 2 weeks later in my checking account.

They need to be sued and put out of business.

Rip off - trial promo for face cream doesn't work - $4.95 offer turns into $98.71 in 10 days. Then they keep the heist going monthly until you track them down. Don't fall for it. Won't refund the money they ripped off.

I clicked on an ad on Facebbok for a new skin care cream. There were questions about she, skin type etc. A screen came up saying I qualified for a trial for $4 and change. I entered my debit card info. There was no mention of recurring charges or a cancellation period. The product arrived within a week. There was nothing in the box except a jar of face lotion. No directions, no mention of recurring charges. The next thing I knew there was an unauthorised charge for $98.71. It was listed as a recurring charge. Called the bank. Filed a complaint to stop the charge and changed account number. The bank could not stop the charge as the company insists I authorized recurring charges. I called the company and they were rude and refused to return my money insisting I checked a box authorizing it. A BIG scam!

Purchased a trial jar of JuvaCell skin care cream through a facebook advertisement showing a woman with arms that looked like wings. The ad showed by using this creme the woman's arms shrunk to regular size. Read the advertisement closely looking for any trial period time frames that I need to comply with. Found none on the 14 day a charge of $98 appreared on my debit account, Called and canceled program was told even though it was the 14th day I could not cancel the shipment. Or charge that was on my account I was paying for the creme already received. Talk about miss leading. This company has a history of ripping off consumers.

I saw an ad on Facebook for JuvaCell Eye Therapy and Skin Therapy. These products had supposedly been on Oprah and touted by Dr. Oz. I sent for a the free trial and only paid for shipping.

Last Friday, January 8, 2016, my debit card was hit by Juvacellproskin for $98.71, and by Happiskincare for $89.77.

I have not opened either bottle, they each had so many ingrediences in them, that I was afraid to try them.

Tomorrow I am calling for a refund.

I was told this was a free trial on their product. After ordering it I found out that if I did not return the unused portion within 14 days they would send more product every month which would cost me $98.00 a month. I tried to cancel this order out and was lead to believe I had but on 12-16 a package arrived which I am not going to open I am going to pay to send it back with a letter stating that can not afford $98.00 a month for anything and to please take off the charges on my account.

I ordered Juvacell on line was spectical but I saw the advertisement on line and it sounded good pay shipping and u get a fee sample plus for and extra I think $9.99 you will also get the eye serum so I ordered . Received the product with nothing about a 14 day trial . I checked my account today have to different charges two different companies . One is for 98.71 from Neuwin*sensation pro and another for $89.77 from HealthB*dermisglo . Neither one of these charges were mentioned in the trial order. This is a big rip off. Because of these two unexpected charges I was over drafted and charged twice $28. From my bank

JuvaCell Skin Rejuvenation

Please do not order this offer for a free sample of Juvacell Skin Rejuvenation because it is not free it will cost you $200. The site you order it from says nothing about a 14 day trial and if they do not hear from you they will charge your account 89.71 and 98.00 for the eye serum! When you call to get your money back they say that you agreed and they send you to another site that is called Dermisglo and that site says you will be charged if you do not respond within the 14 days.
