Justion purchased our Facebook Ad targeting checklist and with in minutes texted our support team and asked for a refund. We advised him that the refund policy was to first implement the ad stratey and if he was not succuessful we would gladly refund his purchase.
He then proceed to threaten our team and demanded his money back. Rather then argue we issued a refund and informed him it would normally take 3-5 business days to recieve.
The very next day, he had filed a fraudulent chargeback to his CC processor and reported our ads and companies Facebook page to Facebook. This caused our ads to be shut down and our product to be removed from eligibilty to be sold.
