I was initially sold two airline tickets. Cancelled girlfriends because she had a medical reason for not flying. They approved it then said I would have a refund in 7 days. It's been 5 weeks and no refund, and NOE their telling me it could be 14-16 weeks to see if they even get approval after telling me 5-6 times it was already approved.

Then they sold me an earlier flight to get home. Left my kids one day early got to the airport and there was new reservation for me. They debited my account for the new ticket two times for two different amounts. I got stuck on an all nighter 24 hour flight time to get from Sacramento to Fayetville, NC.

I spent literally 16 hours on the phone with Just Fly. It takes alway's one hour for them to just initaally answer the phone.

Just Fly even told me that they sent the refund to my bank. My debit card was comoprimised so they said call your bank and tell them to "Take Dispute Out" did that with Jibu from Just Fly on the phone, and there was no dispute because they NEVER sent it. They are a scam company that operates out of India, but sell tickets worldwide. Don't use them. You'll get screwed. P.S. The rate (price) for the "Fake Ticket" will mysteriously go up too?

Scam,Scam,Scam.

I booked a round trip flight on TAP air with JustFly.com from NYC to Italy in October 2019. Due to Covid happening and all the changes in airline policies, TAP canceled my return flight, but not my original flight... essentially turning my round trip flight into a one way. When I called JustFly to ask about it, they said their system sees this booking as two separate bookings (which it isn't, I have one confirmation number, booked the trip in one session and one charge on my credit card).

I ask for a supervisor but they say "Due to Covid all supervisors are workin offline", I ask what that means and how can I escalate this issue, and they literally said "you can't.". I must have called 20 times over the past 3 weeks hoping to speak to someone that can help but just keep getting the run around. As of now I have a one way flight to Italy booked, with no return. I don't know what else I can do?!?

I booked flights from charlotte NC to Orlando and back . The COVID-19 hit and Disney world shut down and one of our flights was canceled. So I called them and ask for a refund or a credit so I could book on another date . In my booking I purchased the insurance to cover cancellations, etc - After 3 phones and and multiple arguments with someone i could barely understand , I received a credit, so I thought . (minus 100.00 of the total )

When I went to use my credit, they said that I couldnt use it until I paid the 25 per person handling fee ( total of 100.00 ). I ask what was my insurance for and they said that I would have to contact them to get reimbursed for it but I had to pay it up front in order to even use my credit to book another flight . I then ask why my credit was 100.00 short of the total I paid and they had to answer for that .

I have requested a refund as is mandated by the DoT for flights cancelled due to CoVid, Flight from GGT-FLL, 04/16/2020, returning FLL-GGT 04/20/2020. I spoke with Silver Airways directly and they confirmed that I am due a refund if requested vs. a travel credit but that the online agency I used would issue the refund.

I spoke to a representative this morning (04/16/2020) live on the telephone at JustFly who confirmed that I would be able to get a refund vs. a travel credit but that I needed to send an email to [email protected]. I have done that this morning and they are advising that the airline is not issuing refunds and that they will only provide me with a travel credit. This is wholly unacceptable as I am entitled to a refund. They must think I am unaware of my rights.

My complaint is with Justfly on the internet. On March 7, 2020 I booked a flight on Justfly. It was for 2 nonstop flights (Philadelphia/Nashville) for a cost of $254.00 flying with American Airlines. After completing all information/credit card, the final page came up to finalize it. It had two lines with the flight info. At the bottom right the cost showed $254.00. This is exactly what I wanted. I clicked book. The last page came up and said I would be getting an email in a couple of hours confirming everything.

When I looked at my email hours later, it was changed. The nonstop flight #1640 with American Airlines going to Nashville was correct. The nonstop flight #5197 coming from Nashville to Philadelphia with American Airlines was changed to a one stop flight #4495 and #148. The cost was reduced to $209.00. This is not what I wanted. I was willing to pay the additional cost for two nonstops. Later in the early evening on March 7 I went on Justfly web site to see the original coming home nonstop flight I had booked and the cost jumped to over $1300.00. The website says you can cancel within 24 hours. When I tried to cancel early Saturday evening, March 7, they were charging me $75.00. (I went on the Justfly’s site Sunday morning and it is almost $1600.00!)

I went on Justfly’s site once again to try to contact them directly. I clicked on Customer Support. I could find no way to contact them directly regarding the change they made. I tried Justfly on line chat https://ww.justfly.com/service/support (there was no live chat) I tried Phone number 800-717-5015 (no option to choose complain. So I chose my booking and waited 25 minutes and hung up)

I have to keep the flight, so I don’t want my money back. The flight is for my son who doesn’t like traveling by plane, so the least amount of time getting off/on a plane is best for him.

How is it legal for Justfly to change part of the flight after clicking book? I should be able to get what I originally booked and paid for.

I booked round trip airfare for me, my wife, and our son to San Antonio, TX. We were going to see our daughter and son in-law who are in the Army and being deployed shortly.

We had to change our plans and cancel within the allowed 24 hour period and JustFly charged our credit card $225. This is against the law, unethical, and unjust.

Booked through these people in October 2018 for flights to Cebu Phillipines, everything ok untill three weeks prior to travel. I can fly with my wife and son who is eight years old all the way to Cebu Phillipines no problem then this outfit states they cannot get us our final return trip from Le Gaurdia to Fort Myres and so they want to cancel the entire trip three weeks before departure.

After reporting them as everyone should to the US Department of Transportation I get a call from a "legal expert " named Ashley who is not very happy it turned out. She went on to tell me that I have two options and both are not great. Option #1 Cancel the trip, option # 2 Pay for hotels from the 19th 20th and 21 st in New York and they will get us a flight home on the 21st.

She then goes on to tell me the China Esteren airlines is the problem they will not help change ticket etc. Problem is Ashley I had contcted them and they told me that they can get me a flight for my family no problem. Ashley is some long time travel legal expert and rants on about Justfly tried contacting them and they refused both overnight accomodation or a flight from Le Gaurdia to Fort Myres and she thinks we should cancel and she was going to talk to her legal team to determine what they are going to do. Now tell me what travel company produces a "legal advisor" ? I would have thought I would have got a international ticket representative trying to fix this out rather thn a "legal representative" (red flag)

When you look into Justfly.com it does not take long to weasel out information on them. They are based in Canada of course they trade in the US. Look at the BBB reviews they have such a bad name there is a warning triangle aginst them telling you not to do buisness with this company . They have paid companies doing their reviews again look on FB and you will see numerous complaints. Their angle appears to be they want you to cancel and then the deduct a minimum of $200 per passenger to cancel, so guees what it is a win win for them.

I contacted China Eastern who told be that Justfly is not telling the true story, they are more than happy to accomodate us but they tell me for some reason Justfly is manipulating ,misleading and misrepresenting their customer.

Try phone them ! being put on hold for half an hour each time you initiate contact, this is standard practice I was on for over two hours being transfered from Fillipino to Fillipino and eventualy had to hang up , funnily enough Ashley found me very quickly when I reported them to the US Department of Transportation to give me her resolution agreement, again cancel or pay three nights in a hotel in NY at my expense.

Ok Justfly explain to me why I have to cancel an entire round the world trip due to the fact you cannot get us home from Le Gaurdia to For Myres with three weeks left before our trip. Bothe China Easteren and Delta said no problem but Justfly stated "not possible"

I would hope in the future there is a class action lawsuit against this entity , they do not want to offer travel alternatives they want to screw the traveler out of money and destroy family reunions this has been made very clear by Ashley their legal advisor

To anyone who wants to book cheap tickets. NEVER use justfly.com because if you make pay a $75 cancellation fee if there is a mistake. 10 minutes after booking the ticket I couldn't cancel it without this $75 dollar charge. So please share that they SUCK and I have zero intentions of EVER using them again.

  • Dec 5, 2018

Purchased 2 airline tickets online that were not the same online prices when I received my invoice. I immediately call and cancelled but now must pay $150.00 cancellation fee for each ticket. The time between purchasing and cancelling them was less than an hour. WHAT A SCAM!

  • Nov 15, 2018

Booked a flight for a friend for travel Thursday, 11/8. The next morning I printed out the itinerary and low and behold.the justify.com system changed it to 11/22! Calling them got me nowhere as you get Filipinos that can't completely understand English. They told me to send an email with the required information, then call back in a ½ hour. Only 1 problem, the email address they supplied me with bounces! Asked for a supervisor who gave me another email address at justify.com. and it bounced too! Now they're essentially telling me "Sorry Charlie'. My friend is now stranded thanks to this scam website. A call to the credit card company is in order here. CLEARLY A SCAM !!

Do a search for reviews on this company on tripadvisor.com, your hair will stand on end!

Booked flight 01/2018 for 07/2018; Both flights cancelled in 03/2018. No emails, no phone calls, no contact regarding cancelled flight. My party simply arrived at airport to check in with the airline and was told BOTH flights of her travel were Cancelled in March. Justfly.com was to have sent out emails Notifying customers that the flights were cancelled and rescheduled or no flights given. None, None, None of this was done!!!!

My party even Called the night before to ask Why she could Not confirm her ticket and secure her seat. The "agent" she spoke with mentioned Nothing to her that either flights were cancelled and rebooked for different flight numbers, or times, or days, etc.

If it were Not for the wonderful, helpful, courteous, very conscientious worker at the AMERICAN AIRLINES check-in, my sister would have been Stranded in Milwaukee and Not in Phoenix hiking and spending time with me.

Once Burned, never Twice!!!! Justfly.com is now Off my user sites for Any Travel purchases.

  • Mar 13, 2018

The site is designed to intentionally put you on the wrong flight, lock out out of being able to correct the information and then insists you were booking until after you get a confirmation email. You cannot confirm what they are booking until it is too late to change it. They then insist you pay $150 'change' fee, even though it was their created mistake. They then negotiated with me to only change $50 when I complained, but went ahead and billed my credit card $133 without my approval or knowledge. This is simply a fraud, since they get $150 for NOTHING!

  • Feb 8, 2018

My son used this website to book a flight. He was unable to take the flight and paid an extra $75 to cancel it. He was told he would be able to use the full credit as long as it was within a year.

He just tried to book a flight using the credit and it would not go through. We called justfly.com for him and we were told he has to pay an additional $225 for booking fees and taxes. The new flight is actually cheaper than the credit. When we asked why they offered no explanation.

We asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor said there was nothing he could do and had no response when we inquired why my son was not told this and why it is not anywhere on the website.

Very poor business practice and basically stealing money from people. My son only used the website because he was trying to save us money. Beware of just going with the cheapest price. It can end up costing you more in the long run. Feel badly for people who are not fortunate enough to afford the difference.

Booked a flight, called within 24 hours to cancel, spoke to a justfly.com rep, I asked 3 times if they would charge me any fees to cancel before i book another flight. He said no 3 times!

Soon as I book another flight with them, i see my card was charged for 75 dollars for the fee! Spent hours on the phone with them, asked to investigate the phone recordings they had about my conversation with the rep.

They denied everything and still billed me! Never again justfly.com!

  • Jan 18, 2018

I had to cancel a VERY EXPENSIVE international flight last year because my mom got cancer and they actually charged a $150 fee per ticket just to cancel and then misinformed me that I had to rebook a year from cancelation, when in actuality, I had to rebook within a year of the date of booking. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN AND RECOMMEND HIGHLY THAT NO ONE ELSE USE IT EITHER.

  • Dec 29, 2017

I wish I had known that justfly.com had a warning from the Better Business Bureau before I booked a flight with justfly.com (this is my own fault). I had never used them before, but did not think much about it as there are so many (reputable) travel websites nowadays. In booking the flight, I purchased their "extended cancellation protection." What I read on their site was that you had 24 hours to cancel and that purchasing this extended it until the flight occurred (purchasing in December for trip in March). That is what I (thought I) read.

30 hours later, I realize I have to cancel the trip, but in my mind there was no problem as I had purchased the "extended cancellation protection." I went to the website to manage my account, but it only allowed for a travel credit and not a refund. I was confused as I had purchased the "extended cancellation protection;" after much digging I found a customer support telephone number I could call. The menu on the answering system had no option that was even close to cancellations, but I managed to get a human to talk to. And then another and then another and then another. "We must follow the rules," the last one said, repeatedly, and I resisted the urge to tell her about what people who "just follow orders" end up doing.

Accordfing to justly.com, the extended protection I bought... in short did not buy me anything. I paid an additional $40 to be able to reschedule my flight for $150 fee. (which I probably would have had the option of doing I not bought the protection, but...) I bought cancellation insurance and got NOTHING. Customer service was also rude-- and liars. The second to the last person I spoke to, said, "Well -- I can't do that [refund your money], but I will transfer you to someone who can." And then the next rep also refused. Such a miserable experience from a terrible company. Do not book with Justfly.Com. And... do a bit of research before you book with a new place...

They charged me for seat selection and authorized a charged without notifying me that I would be charged. When I finally got to the airport, because of different circumstances I was requested to board a different plane at a different time. Well, just fly charged for me seat section without my approval for seats I never even used. As I called justfly, they told me that after purchasing my ticket I was not allowed any type of refund. I spoke with an associate for 10 mins and then kindly requested to speak with a supervisor. After speaking with the supervisor Carlos, he assured me that there was nothing he could do not anyone at Just Fly because of the policy. I told him I never agreed to it. He said if you did not say disagree with it at time of purchase than you automatically agreed. He then began to tell me for 20 mins that I need to pay attention to policies and I am never going to get my money back. Just Fly is a rip-off. I’d rather buy my tickets directly with the airline.

Called in to use the airline credit, been transferred around from Kevin to Riza and they kept telling me they cannot book the flight because they cannot see the fare. Kept telling me to call back in 24 hours, that it's a different process and they cannot see the fare. Asked for manager and would not give me anyone, scammers. A ticket company cannot see the airline fare that's the bs they pulled to not re-book using my credit. Originally purchased the ticket for $368. Currently looking at the ticket I want to book for $227, BUT Irish here is trying to sell me that same ticket for $480!! I will go out of my way to write my blogs and vlog with that review so I can make sure my audience will steer clear of these scammers.

  • Nov 28, 2017

I booked a ticket to travel for work on Sunday at 4:20pm. Monday I was told that the meeting was cancelled and my contract was terminated. I did buy the Extended Cancellation Policy, I called and waited 15 plus minutes on the phone but the customer service woman told me that my Extended Cancellation Policy was only good for 24 Hours?

I asked why would I even buy the policy if it were only good for 24Hrs? Isn’t that the normal time period for cancellation? She told me that the cancellation fee was 75.00 in addition to the 19.99 for the policy.

I asked to speak with the supervisor and she told me that they would just repeat the same information as what she told me. She then told me that she can reduce it to 50.00? I would also have 1 year to rebook through Justfly.com and it would have to be through the same airline (VIRGIN AMERICA) as I booked and I would have to pay any difference to my credit of 436.00.

This seems to be poor business practice to me! What a RIP OFF! Shouldn’t there be a law against this unfair Extended Cancellation Policy? I am not an expert in travel, but they are experts in ripping us off!

Justfly . com is a subsidiary of Momentum Ventures (they hide or do not disclose their Corporate address on their website. I had to research separately. Another Lack of Transparency with this scam company).

I tried Justfly for the First, and LAST, time and was swindled. At first you think you are getting better pricing from their website than you can get directly from the Airline websites. However, after all the Fine Print and also Lack of Full Disclosure about fees and charges you end up with NO discount at all.

- If you want to Cancel your reservation you find out there is a $75 cancellation fee regardless if it is within the first 24 hours or not. If you book direct with an airline this would not have been a problem. You do not find this out until AFTER you make a payment.

- When you pay the extra Seat Selection fee You do not find out until AFTER you make payment that this extra fee is NOT a guarantee of picking your own seat. It is ONLY a "Request Fee" to put you on a magic list to be in line if seat becomes available.

- Baggage Fees are disclosed but in very Small print. However, don't let the overall lower price fool you because it does not include any carry on baggage. By the time you pay separately for baggage there is generally NO SAVINGs at all.

- Then you end up having to call the airlines directly anyways to confirm and retrieve what you need to board anyways.

- Getting all the foreign accent Customer service people to listen to your disatisfaction is like talking to a wall with their pre-programmed robotic responses to your issues.

Fool me Once shame on you. Fool me Twice shame on Me. NEVER AGAIN!!

This website came up through Kayak. The flights that I wanted and thought that I was booking were not the ones that came up on my itinerary. I immediately called customer service and just as other have said was put on hold for a long period of time. The customer service agents sound like they are from Southeast Asia and are difficult to understand. I told them I did not get the flights that I had selected but they were not willing to assist in changing them and said I could cancel the booking for a $75 fee! The CSR was not willing to help me and when I spoke with a "supervisor" she was also not willing to allow any changes and kept saying if would cost me $75 to cancel the booking or it would cost even more than that to change the flights. The "supervisor" was not helpful and hung up on me! This is a horrible website and Kayak should have nothing to do with them. Stay away from this website!

  • Sep 20, 2017

Do not EVER use this company. Horrible people. Customer service is not helpful at all. Had to talk to five different people - all in the Philippines and they must have all had intensive training in how to be rude and unhelpful to customers. Awful. STAY AWAY!!!!

I wanted to change the date of the return flight. I called American and was told there was no additional fare or charge for changing since it was within 24 hrs. So, Just Fly said they would charge fees for BOTH even though there were no passalong fees of any kind.

Escalations Dept. was of no help whatsoever.

Half the people with whom I talked could barely speak English.

I will never use this company again.

On the 6th March 2017 I booked two British Airways tickets with a company called Justfly.Com to fly Miami to London Heathrow return. The flights offered was Miami to Heathrow and return flight London to New York J FK with a One hour 40 minutes stop over at JFK then on to Miami for a total price of $1645.46 which I accepted and paid for. I took my wife to a class and later picked her up, and on return I checked the electronic ticket to find the return part of the flight was not what I booked, it had changed to London to NY JFK arrival 7.30PM and the next day New York LGA (LaGuardia) takeoff 6.00am a different Airport. This was NOT the flight booked and not acceptable and not the flight itinery I had accepted. I phoned Justfly.com to complain and ask for the original flight in and out of JFK Airport to be reinstated and was told I was wrong and I had accepted the JFK in and LGA out and although they would refund my Ticket price they were not refunding the $150.00 as it was FOUR hours & 39 Minutes since I had booked. The only thing this company is interested in is their charges not customers and either this changing of itinery is their normal way of doing business or a one off mistake however their CUSTOMER service and satisfaction is non-excitant. They refunded $1463.56 and I booked with British Airways Direct website at a cost of $1,481.14 which is $164.32 CHEAPER THAN JUSTFLY.COM . Book BA direct at https://www.britishairways.com/travel

June 23,2017 I found a rate from columbia Missouri to Burlington VT by using GOOGLE it was on JustFly.com. I hadnt heard of them before.

I made sure to read all the fine print including the cancellation clause - it stated that if cancelled within 4 hours there was no fee or penalty and that you could purchase an optional 24 hour extended cancellation. So I felt fairly safe booking the flights knowing I could check with my kids and cancel if necesary.

My son checked and said I could buy them direct from United Airlines for the same price and he felt like this site was a bit shady after trying to find info on them.

I called back WELL WITHIN the 4 hour window. I got put on hold repeatedly, my cell said for 47 minutes then the rep said was past my 4 hours so i would be charged $75,adamantly - I said no - she offered $50. then $100......she kept changing amount it would 'cost' me down to $25. I said no get me a manager.

So after another extened wait time and missing dinner with my family, woman came on said she was resolution and retention person. She agreed to do a one time waive of all fees.

I have a receipt for cancelled and refunded travel showing 0 balance 0 owed.

I get my credit card bill - $100 charge. I called CitiBank and disputed the charges. Its currently being investigated pending refund.

I'd only used jutfly.com because I needed to use two different airlines (Alaska and American) and wanted/ needed the reduced rate.

I only learned later that I could have called American directly -- they're partners with Alaska and will meet or beat Justfly.com's price.

I found that I had made a flight on a week I didn't need to be there -- and cancelled within 24 hours.

Then, i got confused b/c they still showed a reservation and tried to change it -- only to find it was $400 in exchange fees (isn't that a RipOff?) for a $250 ticket.

I've got proof that they cancelled my reservation -- now they claim it's b/c it cancelled a reservation that didn't go thru b/c of a bad credit card

I content that they can't claim a reservation if it didn't go through and what they're showing is actually proof of my cancellation.

They disagree and kept me on the phone for 52 minutes and I was screamed at by Lucy, who not only spoke over me but hit the keys on the telephone so that neither could hear the other -- she would only repeat the same thing, then tell me that the "supervisor" would say the same thing. At first, she gave him my surname, then she called him "Lloyd" -- all very suspicious.

It's outrageous to have cancellation fees more than the original ticket AND to have them so dishonest that they won't honor the cancellation that THEY show is real.

I'll be calling my attorney in the AM -- small claims and royal hassle

NEVER use them -- it's not worth it. Call the airlines directly.

After booking my flight from Newark to Portugal, an extra fee was added on the very next day without any notification.

I only noticed this fee a month later.

My ticket was approximately $ 900.00.

Justfly.com added another $ 116.00 plus a day later.

I was never notified of this fee.

Fortunately, VISA is crediting me this fraudulent sum. I will be receiving a NEW credit card in case Justfly.com tries this again.

Beware of Justfly.com

  • May 2, 2017

I bought a ticket from Justfly.com, which I was led to believe was refundable when I bought their so-called trip insurance for $24.99. Now they tell me that this was only good for 24 hours after my purchase. RIP OFF! The airlines just keep saying non-refundable. I am quite impoverished, chronically ill and struggling to pay for medicine. It's at the pharmacy now with a $103.00 copay I cannot afford.

The trip was planned to see my daughter. I bought the insurance knowing she was sick and in transition. She has moved. I need my money back quite desperately. No one cared! Many employees refused to give me their employee numbers, but I do have some that I am publishing.

United Airlines offered me a complete "credit" which I have to use within a year. The full credit is for $188.80, but to use it, I must pay 2 penalty fees of $200.00, and another of $50. That is completely erroneous and not only not a refund, but further penalties!

I will be joining some class action suits and likely to start one of my own, if they do not refund everything and I could really use your help, because I need this money so desperately!

  • Apr 24, 2017

I was making plans to see my daughter in Northern CA and booked a flight with JustFly.com. This was my first and last experience with JustFly.com. As soon as I received confirmation of the booking the spam emails started coming every day. After a few days, the Highway Patrol closed the road from the airport to my daughter’s house because of a landslide. Now I was unable to get to her house from this airport.

I tried to change the reservation to a different date or airport and they wanted to charge me $325 just for a CHANGE FEE on a Round Trip ticket. The ticket price was only $215. I offered to re-book with them if they would work with me, but they would not budge on this at all.

My business philosophy is that “It is not the problem that is the problem, it is the way that the problem is handled that is the problem.” I will never use JustFly.com again and urge you to do the same!

Friendly warning to anyone thinking of using Justfly to book their airline tickets. Do not!

Pay a few dollars more for piece of mind. Today I made the mistake of trusting this company. I wasn't wise enought to research first, I only did after I ran into a problem, in my defense I am grieving a huge loss this week and my head isn't on right. So, I looked up a service provider in Canada, as I am booking a flight to and from Canada and I want my quote in CAD.

Site listed bunch of prices all in CAD, the cheapest fair was hidden and you have to call in to book, which I did.

The person on the phone did not speak English so well, but in Canada we are getting used to that, she spoke well enough that we were able to get through all the necessary information to complete my reservation and be certain there were no errors. She gave me the price for my booking which was a couple dollars less than what I had seen on line maybe 30$ but just before I called there was a pop up saying call now and obtain further discounts so I just assumed that was the difference, mistake number two.

So after all this confirming of this and that, and the pricing, I am told I will shortly receive an email with details. Which I did, but WOW the pricing was no longer in CAD but now it was in USD which turns out to be 500$ more than what I was agreeing to. I was also told you have 24 hours to call us once you have received the details to process changes , HA! sure you can, for another fee of 75 USD. The entire thing was fraudulent, when you call them you cannot speak to anyone you are directed to wirte them via email, which of course I did, the response I received did not address a single issue I brought to their attention.

Their only interest was in charging me 75 USD to cancel my booking. So one way or another you are defrauded of your money.

  • Mar 7, 2017

Justfly is terrible! They took my money for a flight I booked without all the information I needed to understand I was booking TWO one way tickets. My search was for a round trip ticket and I selected outbound and return flights based on the options provided to me as a round trip ticket.

When I had to make a change, I found out I had purchased 2 one way tickets and now my change fees would be $75 to Justfly, and $400 to the airline (200 for each segment). When I called Justfly to explain that their website did not make it clear at all that I was purchasing 2 tickets, they blamed it on the airline my ticket was booked on. They accepted no responsiblitity and refused to waive the $75 fee of theirs, so I was left paying $475 in change fees on a $630 ticket. The agents are rude and disrepectful on top of everything else.

That was the WORST experience I have ever had booking a plane ticket. They are crooks and I would suggest to anyone that you avoid them like the plague!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a reservation online to travel to Europe. Used just fly.com coz said that it will be cheaper. I received my electronic ticket for me and my family. After few days I received a notice that the flight had some changes and I should contact my agent to reschedule the flight. I did that. The operator said to me that she will make any changes I need and that everything is ok. I confirmed that I changed the flight one day later.. In the day of the flight we found out that the flight was canceled. Called the company almost four hours before the flight and the put me in hold for two times for two hours each time. They told me that the company had a system error and if I'd like a reschedule. With two small kids you don't even imagine how angry I was. Their solution was to reschedule me the flight again. The flight was not from where I live. I came from Alaska so when I asked who is gonna pay for hotel and everything else they told me that it's not their issues. Still waiting them on hold for three hours so they can make the reschedule.

I booked a flight with Justfly.com back in the beginning of January 2017 to travel to New Orleans. I added extended callcellations to my airline ticket. Now they are claim that you must cancel your flight with in 24 hours of booking it. I told the representiive that's stupid to charge a fee of $19.99 and he agreed. I never saw any details of only having 24 hours to cancel this flight. The only reason I am canceling this flight is my mother is in the ICU. I am unable to leave town because family comes first. This company won't even give a credit to a future flight. My ticket is a total lose. This is horrible customer service.

I got on line to book ticket for my neice's funeral, she died at 22 months old due to car accident. When I booked my ticket with these scammers, they did not tell me fights were NONrefunable!! They DID NOT tell me to change flight there would be a penalty fee, and a BIG one!!! The day after I booked my flight, I got a call saying they had to change date of funeral because Funeral home did not have child casket in stock and had to ship it. When I called to change flight, because my original flight was the day on rescheduled funeral!! It cost 350. on top of the 250. that I had already paid to them!! This is such CRAP!!! DO NOT USE JUSTFLY.COM!!!! They will steal your hard earned cash!!!!!

Our airline flights changed and were 2 1/2 hours later and into Phoenix at almost midnight. This is very hard with our age and one is a disabled vet We called and spent over an hour on the phone on hold and nothing was settled. We finally called the airline....American....and they changed it to an earlier flight. WE WILL NEVER USE JUSTFLY.COM again!

This IS THE WORST company I ever had to deal with trying booking a flight. I had 2 flights booked for las Vegas and couple days before my trip I had to cancel my trip . I had appendicitis and had to under go emergency surgery. So I called this Stupid company to see if I can switch the dates after going back and forth with the company. Jetblue actually waived any fees that would of been added which at the time I was grateful for... I called back after a few days later to use my actual credit of $503 thats what I paid for the 2 flights. But in order to get a new date I have to pay an additional $173 to use the credit. A FU***** CREDIT!!!!!!I don't know what the f*** these ppl are smoking I'm not paying that and I'm going to get my money back .... RIDICULOUS I WOUKD NEVER BOOK THROUGH A 3RD PARTY COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

I booked a flight on justfly.com.... domestic flight! Then they sent me an email asking to call them. I called right away. They said I needed to provide my passport information! As far as I know as a U.S. citizen we can fly state to state without that needed. I explained this to them and asked who was requiring me to provide it. After 10min of the woman trying to find out she told me it was Jet Blue. Having flown very recently on that airline domestically I know for a fact it wasn't them. I also asked her what if I didn't have a passport she said that I wouldn't be able to fly then. Haha So I canceled the flight she then told me that I haven't been charged for the flight so I didn't have to worry about a refund. I went and checked my cc and sure enough she lied it is still pending 3 days later.

This is the worst customer service EVER! It is currently 12 a.m. I have been on the phone with this company for over 4 hours. I had a tragedy in the family, so am unable to take the flight. They kept telling me over and over again they need a certiicate of death (which is impossible to get), and they needed it that night. I told them repeatedly what the tragedies were, and they kept repeating themselves too. They said the cost of changing the ticket from two airlines, plus their costs would come out to about $900! (My flight was only $272.00) I told them that aint gonna happen. Finally I called both airlines myself, who both waived the fee, and issued me credits.

I called Justfly.com back to tell them I received my credits, but they are calling the airlines to verify? I've been on hold now for over a half an hour, and my patience has worn so thin I can see through it. I have enough going on. It's so much easier to call the airlines themselves in the future. I asked to be connected to somebody in the United States. I was then connected to yet another, guessing Filipino individual., who claimed they were in Canada. Ya, right. If I hear one more "I'm so sorry ma'am". I'm going to scream. I don't know why they had to call both airlines to confirm I did indeed get my credits. They charge a $75 booking fee, and they are seeing if they can lower it. So, I'm on hold again..why? The rep should be doing it while I'm on the phone. They are trying to bill me $50 to cancel and they are not making sense!

Justfly provided a return trip on a round trip with an itinerary that included a 16 hour layover. I would not expect any layover in the US to include a 16 layover. That is an international travel type layover. Not a domestic flight layover. I never expected such a long layover so I did not catch the AM versus PM on the times. I though OK a 4 hour layover I can fill that time.

My call to Customer Support states that is what the airline gave them. Well then Justfly should start every search with an OPT IN approval for layovers that including over night stays in the layover city. They will outragiously charge me $165 to fix the ticket in addition to any additional ticket charge. That will be more then a hotel cost in the layover city.

Do NOT use Justfly. They cannot be trusted to provide tickets that the standard flyer would knowingly purchase in the US.

Today 4 October 2017 I was searching through Kayak for a good price on a ticket DEN-BRU-DEN for roughly 5-24 April 2017.

JustFly came up and it said they had a flight for ~$666 - it was $665.41, to be exact. It also said on the site that, if I called 1-800-717-5015, then I could get an even better price.

I called and the woman quoted me $688, which is NOT cheaper. She argued with me when I told her I was looking at the $665.41 flight "I guarantee you that ticket is gone, my computer gets updated".

I finally went ahead and bought the d. flight from her as I did not want to pay even more. As soon as I paid, I checked their site again - and it was still $665.41.

I spoke to a supervisor - I could cancel of course I can! I paid an additional $20 for that privilege so I can contact them within 24 hrs to cancel. I am really angry and I will call my cc compay and see if they can help. I will also contact Kayak and let them know.

I will never use them again. Also, as of right now they have not sent me the email regarding my ticket and flights, which the first person said I would get very quickly.

Used fly.com to book a roundtrip ticket and found when I needed to change my itinerary by 1 day, same flight, I could only change through the justfly.com agency. I called directly to American Airlines and they gave me the cost to change the flight with them - $150 bus said they couldn't make any changes only Justfly.com could change. When I called them the change fee was $275 with their feeds tacked on top of the airfare. Buyer beware. They are not there to help you with your air travel, - not flexible, not helpful, just making money off people who stumble on their site. Please avoid and save yourself $$$ on the back end of your airfare purchase.

I did some research. They are misrepresenting themselves as an airlines and are actually an agency, and offering refunds, not cancelling flights, and not giving you any paper back up. I wish I recorded them. Recodings are acceptable as proof, just not in a court of law. They work with the airlines and make money on the deal, so they aren't about to give any pay out as promised for any reason. I reported them to the airline, told them they are doing shady business, and to consider someone more ethical. Reporting them to the D.A. will start investigations, which will eventually stop them. Going thorugh your bank, even if you gave your credit card to a third party is hopeful, because they have a pretense of being an airlines. They are in Calcutta India. No email, no address, no phone number. But they are on fb with address and real phone number. D. A. is a simple complaint. The BBB to warn others. I hope you get your money back. What a nightmare of lies and unethical business practices!

  • Sep 8, 2016

I found out JustFly has just enough smoke screen to appear legal, and won't do any good to try to get your bank or credit card to refund you based on fraud, as they appear to be running a business, and you did give your card number. However, you can report it to consumer affairs who might go to bat for getting your money back. I would never give them a penny. They will illegaly slip in a double charge on your credit card, avoid reimbursing you as promised, not talk to you by phone, not respond by email nor phone. Just put you off. The consumer affairs should be made aware of this, as they are the only ones who can put an end to their illegal, unethical business practices, and possbily get your money back.

I was trying to book a multi destination trip through Kayak. Kayak quoted two different carriers so we had to book with two different websites. First booking was fine with Volaris, then we got to Justfly.com. I filled out all the information, selected our seats (planes were less than half full) and clicked book, it said that price was no longer available, and the price had gone from $269 to $445 per ticket. So I started over again to see if I could get another price, got quoted the same price again by Justfly.com, proceeded to book my four tickets again, plane seat availability was the exact same as five minutes earlier, clicked book, was told again that the price was no longer available. Repeated again ten minutes later, exact same thing happened. Called them to complain that now I have a booking for the middle part of my trip but not the first and last legs, and asked them what's going on, and they said it's dynamic pricing. I said no that's not dynamic pricing, that's called bait and switch when it happens three times in a row. They couldn't even use the excuse that I'd taken too long from the quote to confirming the booking since after the first time my information was already all populated and all I had to do was select the same exact seats over again and book. They refused to honor the price they had quoted me on three separate occasions.

This company has no scruples. Will also be filing FTC and BBB complaints, and I see that I won't be the first to do so. Crooks and liars!

Yesterday I checked Travelocity and Kayak for flights between LAX and Atlanta, and got pointed to flights offered by Justfly.com. I booked them online (for Sprit Airlines and American Airlines), then AMEX texted me that it looked like a fraud attempt so it didn't go through. (Evidently they have had other complaints?) I immediately notified AMEX that the charge should be okay and was made by me, but shortly afterward Justfly emailed me that my itinerary was canceled, and that I should call immediately to straighten it out.

I immediately dialed their 800 number for help. WOULD YOU BELIEVE I WAS ON THE PHONE FOR OVER FOUR HOURS?! Waiting for someone to help me straighten it out! The musac played endlessly and the voice kept coming on and saying "there are eight people ahead of you, then seven, then six, etc." THIS TOOK FOUR HOURS!

I'm embarrassed to say that I hung on, thinking they were getting close to me being the next customer they'd help.I also couldn't hang up because I had to have this reservation to make a business trip, and I didn't want to be charged twice. The one time a live person finally talked to me, I made her take down my phone number and she promised to call back, but no one ever did.

In the meantime, after about 3-1/2 hours, I was forced to purchase other flights online to make sure I could fly out the next day. Then I called AMEX and it turns out my credit card WAS charged for one of the legs of the flight, but was canceled for the other. I found out that even though Justfly.com had said my itinerary was canceled, they still had me booked for one leg of the flight. It did not say that in their email - only that my whole itinerary was canceled.

I finally resolved it by hanging up (feeling absolutely scammed and stupid for hanging on the phone so long) and calling American Airlines directly to cancel the extra flight. After hearing my story, they refunded my money.

After all this happened, I looked up the reviews for Justfly.com on the internet. I was shocked to see that my experience has happened to many other people too! This company should be shut down. I will be posting on every site I can to warn others.

I also can't believe that Travelocity, Kayak, and other flight booking sites still have Justfly.com listed on their sites as options. I will only book flights on the AMEX website from now on!

I booked a couple of travels via justfly.com. They keep send me after a few hours that my reservation was conceled. So I have to go back to redo it again. As a result, they are a couple of duplications. One of them was found after a day or two. One of the agent told me she could give me the 149$ credit used for future booking with 25$ fee. I said it is fine. After she canceled my flight and charged the 25$ and she said again. We I rebook a flight using the credit, I have to call again. The fee for rebook with credit is $200. Basically I spend an hour to get the $149 credit which cariies negative $75 value. Basicall I ended own them 74$ when I cancel this flight. This is rediculous. The way the agent present the soolution and the company handle the booking and their errors is unbelievable. I am done with one. I will go back Expedia which is much user friendly.

It's hard to imagine that a company characterized by such substandard service and suspicious practices is still in business. Wait times are excruciatingly long during phone calls; staff consistently display only the rudiments of understanding the English language, and-- in our case-- baggage fees are charged but not reported on invoice. By this I mean that Justfly uses the Amadeus system which charges for baggage. Justfly, however, says baggage is not charged. We know this because we struggled to stay within the 5kg baggage with WOW Airlines, only to learn that Justfly and Amadeus automatically included baggage costs for up to 21kgs, costs we did not ask for. Justfly denies this practice and will not reimburse us WHILE at the same time acknowledging that Amadeus, in their service, does charge for the extra baggage. This behavior is obfuscating and very suspicious leaving us 100 dollars out of pocket for baggage levels we never asked for.

what's amazing to us, though, is that Justfly blames the airline and will not even consider our sincere customer concerns. The airline, on the other hand, is fascinated that Justfly doesn't acknowledge that they know Amadeus charges for baggage. Hard to get to the bottom of it all, but I am heartened to know of this forum for complaints.

i am shocked but not surprised to read the many other Justfly complaints on this website. Wish we had read them before trusting this poor example of a company. Worst service we have ever experienced! And, speaking of which, there is no on line option on Justfly's website for visitors to lodge complaints and concerns.

I purchased a flight for 3 individuals and entered their names in the order requested by the site. They all matched their passports. When I received the e-ticket one person had his name wrong. They used his middle name as the last name. I contacted Emirates airline to change it and was advised that justfly would be able to do that. I called them and after long waits had an male agent say they could do it and said it would cost $75, to which I agreed. I gave him a call back phone number in case we got cut off. He put me on hold for 20+ minutes and then I was cut off. No call back was made. I later called again and a female agent said they could fix it. She said she would do it and send me an e-mail confirmation. I received no e-mail from them. I called a third time. I was on hold for a long time again and finally an agent said he could do it for $135. I said okay do it and gave him a call back number in case we got cut off. He said he would put me on hold to finallize fixing the error. 45 minutes later he came back on the line and said Emirates would not let him do it. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said, a manager could not help. I said again, I want to speak to a supervisor, He said okay and put me on hold. 15 minutes later I was cut off. I called Emirates back and they said my only way to insure the passenger could fly was to buy a new ticket which I did. I am out over $1,100. What can be done about this ripoff company?

I accuse online travel company JustFly.com, supposedly of Cornwall, Canada, of unethical airline ticket booking refund price gouging. In August 2015 I booked an Icelandair flight for two from Seattle to Europe for $809 with JustFly.com. That same day also booked the return flight with Priceline.com for approximately the same price. Due to world terrorism events, my traveling partner backed out of the trip and I was left having to cancel both flights for two passengers. Priceline promised to return $465 of my ~$800 in '7-10 days.' JustFly.com immediately gouged me for an additional $300 on top of the $800 I'd all ready spent in the hopes of getting a mere $438 (of the now $1,100 spent) refunded in '6-8 weeks!' It was only after I was confronted with this unethical price gouge that I discovered US Better Business Bureaus (see Ohio) had issued alert(s) warning potential customers to steer clear of doing business with JustFly.com.
