14.3 Refund or Payment upon Termination. Upon any termination for cause by You (i.e., termination as a result of Jungo's uncured material breach), Jungo shall refund You any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all subscriptions after the effective date of termination. Except only in the event of such a termination for cause by You, all fees paid by You are non• refundable, regardless of whether You cease using the Products or Services. Upon any termination for cause by Jungo, You shall pay any unpaid fees covering the remainder of the term of all Order Forms after the effective date of termination.
In no event shall any termination relieve You of the obligation to pay any fees payable to Jungo for the period prior to the effective date of termination.
