I'm in total shock. I explained very clearly & concisely how my husband is suicidal & how he threatened to shoot himself in the bathtub & threatened to shoot me too. I told her I hid the guns. He moved out & ended up with the guns by trickery. Also my grandson lives with me.
My husband constantly bullies me & tries to do whatever he can to get back in the house for whatever reason he can muster up. He is diagnosed Narcissistic by a psychiatrist. I don't trust him at all. He admitted in court that he has cheated on me on more than one occasion.
He admitted that he took morphine that didn't belong to him on top of percocets. He admitted he threatened to shoot himself, but minimized it. After the trial, JUDGE PLATT scolded me horribly and said that my as*hole husband's testimony was more credible than mine. (What????We both said the same thing.)
Ms. Platt gave him permission to now come in the house once a week to clean the dog sh*t off the driveway (?????) & maintain the house. I can take my grandkid & go stay at the sparrow (whatever that is), or find a cheap place in Parkesburg because, you know, it's not like Newtown Square, or something expensive like that. And she just had a field day scolding me & mocking me in front of everyone.
Oh & I have 60 days to move! She's not the first judge at the Chester County Courthouse that I've noticed is very condescending & super rude. I went with a friend a year ago, and his man judge (if you can call him a man) was rude in a really weird crazy way.
This lady, Ms. Platt, apparently just entertains herself by treating people like they are less than her and makes a public mockery out of them. I'm still shocked. I guess I now have to get a PFA on my narcissistic husband because I KNOW what he is capable of & I don't trust him at all.
I will be sure to vote against Ms. Platt who clearly has issues she needs to work on. She should not even be allowed to treat people so ignorantly & is not worthy of her seat.
