On 2/19/2018 i caled his number i found in an ad in the Hazleton Standard Speaker newspaper about a broken frigidaire microwave. he immediately came and took it out charging $50.00 to pick it up. He called me on3/2/2018 stating that he needed additional parts to repair this microwave but assured me that it was repairable and well on the way to being done, he needed money for these additional parts. I gave him $200.00which he picked up at my home leaving a balance due of $139.00. On 4 separate occasions he called to say he was bringing this microwave back but never showed, he also stopped answering his phone to my calls. I called him from my sisters phone on 3/20 and when he answered i asked where my micorwave was he told me he was unable to deliver because he was in the hospital. i called him a liar and demanded my microwave back or my money i called him a liar which he denied, said he was mailing my money back. Of course that never happened I contaacted the paper wanting to place my own ad but was told unable to do so, yet they still run his ads, of which there are more than one. He also advertioses under lucky small engine repair shop.I have contacted our local news station and have tried contacting local police to no use. To take this to civil court is a joke. I googled this man and he was in jail for biling people out of money under his construction business. WNEP tv did a story on him in 2014.
