So we have a split king Sweringen bed that is much softer than the store model from day one. We called and tried to replace it and the company has been very uncooperative. How can they have a liffe-time warrenty on their ForEver beds and behave this way?

I think many of their store employees are just as duped with the situation. Very poor quality. It has been a year since we purchased it and we plan to ditch the mattress and buy new ones. They promise to take care of the problem but then nothing happens. After reading other reviews, the super soft and poor aging seems to be a theme.

This has got to be a class action suit waiting to happen. In the meantime, I will never buy from a small company again - I expect they will have to declare bankruptcy in the near future and then how good is the already worthless warrety.

Joplimo, you need to step up your customer service game and do the honorable thing as people are beginning to talk all over the internet about your behavior.

Alright so here goes. This store is a scam. Don't believe the lies the pushy sales people tell you. They're full of s**t. I bought a 2500 foreverbed, the swearingen. The one on the sales floor was super nice and felt great to lay on. The one I got when I ordered one was terrible and the seams were falling off and it was unstable. I sunk in 5 inches and it hurt my back. Now I have to have back surgery. This place is horrible. I told them what happened and they were like ohh give it 30 days and I'm like uh no I'm freaking customer here not you. They said they would adjust it for me, but all they were gonna do was change a one inch piece of foam to a higher density, which won't do s**t. Then I had to pick out a different bed, they still are making me pay $2500 for the cheaper bed I got.

Potential buyers beware! We recently purchased a bed from this company and about a month after owning one of their "High End" beds (the R9), we starting noticing sinking depressions that we were falling into while sleeping, which caused us to toss and turn all throughtout the night and wake up with major back, hip and arm pain. We can no longer sleep on our stomaches due to the lack of support and if we do end up in that postion, our backs get that hyper extended feeling. We get out of bed with major lower back pain every morning. We haven't had a good nights sleep since owning this bed. We are so frustrated that we are basically stuck with this mattress and after thousands of dollars spent we still can't get a good nights sleep. We are sick we wasted our hard earned money that we had been saving for just thinking we were finally going to get a good quatilty bed. Boy were we wrong! We have been in contact with the Owner of the company from the beginning of our stituation. After a bit of back and forth He decided he didn't want to "mess with us" any longer...so he just started flat out ignoring our many emails, phone calls and voicemails. I guess that shows exactly what they think of their customers and their sleep comfort.

They have your money, so they dont' really care about your comfort or sleep after that! We asked for a refund and we were told no. We even offered to returen it for over $1,000 less than what we paid for it just trying to recop some of the cost, again we were told no. Then we were just ignored. The lack of support, quailty and overall care has been very disapointing. I would encourgae anyone looking for a bed to buy with confindence from a company you know will stand behind their product. I could NEVER recomend Joplimo to anyone! There are many many more details from our experiene we could share, but don't want to get into depth. Joplimo will have a response; of which I'm sure will not have all the details to what actually happened...Just like they did when I questioned a few of their poor reviews I'd seen..

Again, buy from a company that will stand behind their mattress and offer a refund or sleep guarantee, to many high quatily companies today are making that the standard. Don't settle, you will be disappointed! We dread getting in our bed and going to sleep every night because of the pain it causes us all over, it feels like we are sleeping on springs.....but after spending $4,900 dollars just a few short months ago..we really have no other choice but to sleep in pain.
