I am a young Christian man that has been working for this guy for 10 months and its been nothing but drama from the first day I started. Upon arrival of my first day I experience yelling, impatients, and dishonesty from "John Hedquist"! He has demands that not many men can bare. I agree to all the reports about this guy. He raises the prices of the vehicles on his lot, he adds more money onto your bill or shall I say invoice without your consent, he don't keep records into the computer for the payments you have already paid, he puts lien holds on cars that he overcharged people for, he raise the labor time to his likings, and if you looking at your bill now, it's not right. I can look at your invoice and tell you exactly what you should have paid. After I bill up a work order John would constantly tell me it wasn't right and too release it to him, then he would insist on me talking to a customer after he has raised the bill. I have covered this shady guy for too long. I pray that God had mercy on his soul for the things he has done to his employees and customers. Today I quit after him disrespecting me for the last time. I have came back to work for him three times already, trying to give him so many chances to not lose a good person. He also fired another guy for not wanting to be at work after losing two people in a crash. Instead of a sick leave, he fires him. He is cruel, rude, and cold hearted, I couldn't have made it this far without God! He cursed me out telling me **** me during a phone conversation after me calmly telling him that he is not going to talk to me any kind of way after all I do around there. I clean the inside of the building early in the mornings this includes, vacuuming, moping, dusting, toilet cleaning, trash removing, refilling napkins, and tissue. I then would file papers and update the ads online. Then I would proceed to go out into the garage and move the vehicles around the lot and clean out the bays. Then I would blow off the entire lot and throw away any trash. As customers came up I would capture their information and put data into the computer to bring a work order or estimate. I also did much more. I wrote this on the behalf of everyone that's been victimized by John Hedquist at Jax Auto Mart!
