I hired him to help me with my bankruptcy, He told me to list my utility company. It ended up back firing. I have to put down a $280 deposit. Anyway my reason for bankruptcy was due to someone who took over payments on a truck i had. I spoke to John and he told me that he would help me sue the individuals. He charged me $250. I paid him and began the paperwork all was moving ok.
I then inquired about possibly helping me with a workmens comp case for my son. He instructed me to send a summary of my sons issue, and then went on to tell me it would $250. That caught me off guard as most work is on contingency.
I am unemployed and my son is working on his case tor his military upgrade as well as an appeal for his unemployment. When I mentioned to my son he said "no" we dont have the money. The following day john reminded me to send the summary. I explained to him that after speaking with my son we were going to pass. I could tell he was upset. I told him that I would borrow the money from my dad. Over the weekend, I decided that i was going to honor my sons wishes. plus I only have two more checks from my unemployment. He sent me a text berauting me saying that :" i wasted his time and I couldn't be trusted, and that he was not going to have anything to do with me." And tnd that if I wanted help with utility co it would cost me $150...Really he is the one that caused the problem and now wanted me to pay. He claims that he had started Workmens Comp claim, I dontknow how when I hadn't given him any information.
I let it go and tried to contact him and asked for half of my money for the lawsuit. He has ignored me.
I am out of work struggling to help my son who lives with me who has PTSD, Psychosis and Schizophrenia. I myself am suffering from Major Depression Disorder, Lyme Desease and Sciatica and Liver Disease.
This guy is a piece of work. I am shocked that there are people like him. I am basically out ove $530.
