This is a stern warning to all landlords on my area about the self described couple that goes by the names Shelbi Workman and Lexy Wentz. within 2 months they managed to damage my rental home with their two large dogs. Much of the damage was intentional.
The placed stickers on doors. their dogs damaged doors and wiped out parts of the lawn. The one female thinks she is a handy man and drilled holes on the front door installing a forbidden lock.
They stole things such as building supplies for their own uses from a lot next to the rental as well as cleaning supplies. They left their huge dogs to roam feee in the home after promising the dogs would remain caged when not supervised.
They went in the home after agreeing not to till the landlord could get his tools and cleNing supplies out. They threw out the landlords tools, Abducted his cleaning supplies and did not return them. They placed a security system on the home which they were not allowed to do.
They harrassed the landlord about insects when the home is located in the woods, they refused to pay late fees and other fees. They tied their huge dog to the inside of the home damaging the exterior door frame. They filled the home with clutter including one room used to pile clothes up 5 ft tall causing a fire hazard
they altered a structure on the property using building supplies they were forbidden to touch. They parked vehicles in the yard leaving the driveway open. They never once mowed the lawn. They paid nothing for the propane they used while there. They covered the yard with trash.
They fought their eviction by hiring an Attorney rather than paying what they owed trying to employ the President's ban on evictions to stay rent free for months. they were successfully evicted but again stated they would not leave the property until the last minute and blamed their eviction on the Magistrate Court rather than their own actions. All this they did in less than 3 months.
The lies told in their eviction hearing were flagrant and many. This is a stern warning for any landlords out there or anyone approached to do business with this engaged couple of females. Be forewarned!

Ordered outside security camera & guess what got sent sports camera about 1 inch square not what i ordered. Scammers. Contacted pay pal nothing.
