Ordered an exhaust system and paid for it. Came back to me stating that item is discontinued by manufacturer and steered me into the direction of another which I ended up purchasing. Item took forever to ship and after it did, it never made it to me.
Was told that it was insured to value and I had an option of a replacement or refund. Claim process took forever and a replacement was approved instead of refund only because item was not insured to full value as stated.
Replacement did not make it to me for another month or so after I was repeatedly told it would ship asap right after getting claim approved. During this process I was told that they would reimburse some of the cost as a "trouble courtesy" and I am still waiting on that. They are avoiding my calls, do not return my messages and no reply to emails.
I ordered a Miester Craft exshaust on June 4 2017 for $2600. I havent recieved the part or a refund. They don't answer the phone or return my voicemails.
