Jingson Ran, Yiqiao Ran, Ran Yi, customer Wendy Li and Jing Li ripped us off for one week of pool cleaning service and a $35 chargeback fee. Our poolman spent almost 2 HOURS cleaning their pool on the last visit. Their pool was a nightmare from day 1. They have 60' ft Eucalyptus trees all over their backyard, even with a minor breeze the leaves go straight in to the pool. We cleaned their pool for only a few months and on several occasions filled up a TRASH CAN with leaves. The people living in the house don't speak English. Our poolguy attempted to communicate with them several times asking them to please keep the water level up, please empty the skimmer and poolsweep vacuum inbetween visits to prevent the pump from running dry as the thousands of leaves dropping into this pool weekly has nothing to do with us or our pool service.

"Ran" Ran Jingson was an annoying twit emailing mini novels to the office. Complaining about the poolguy, the pool, the leaves, the trashcan full of leaves, claiming we should be spending more time on the pool. When infact most pools that don't have 60 foot trees dumping hundreds to thousands of leaves in a pool take around 20 minutes per week. In the six months of cleaning their pool only a small handful of times was the pool clean enough to spend only 20 minutes. In the aforementioned statement our last visit, Tyler spent 2 hours!! Normally we can clean 4 pools in that time. We finally stopped their pool service for the chargeback. We sent them an email stating they owe us for the last service and chargeback and they have the audacity to claim we should refund the last several months of service. We showed up every week, we did not charge extra dirty charges we were entitled to, we did not charge for the extra chemicals as a result of the leaves, we did not charge for wasting our office staffs time with the plethora of emails which were all nonsense. These people were a royal pain in the a*s from day one and we contemplated terminating their services prior.

Throughout our few months of cleaning their pool we have strong winds, gusts, they failed to run the pool pump at high speed for 8+ hours per day as required, and want to know why "we cannot pool circulation pump can be set to only 1 tor 2 hours a day?" Then when we turned it up to 5 hours they want it on low speed.. To which we received another of dozens of calls and emails "the auto cleaning time is too long". They failed to maintain water level causing pump to run dry and pool not to circulate inbetween visits, failed to empty baskets.. if we filled up trash cans, how do they think the pool can circulate when a small basket gets filled up. Perhaps you should not own a pool. This pool was charged only $90 per month and should have been $150+ with the leaves.

These people have threatened to sue us for "breach of contract" when infact they owe us money. We fulfilled our contract, we showed up weekly, tile brushed, netted, vacuumed, brushed, emptied baskets, checked and adjusted chemicals and went over and over to answer all their stupid questions and emails.

Then their "attorney" calls us regading the collection correspondence we sent for the final service rendered and chargeback fee
