Even it when it's their mistake I still have to pay!!! A few weeks back I was inside a business establishment trying to find out how much it cost for their services. When I ride the place was actually closed I went back to my car try to start it I realized I was out of gas. I put a note on my windshield letting everybody know that I was out of gas and will be back to retrieve my car as soon as possible . I left to go get gas in a gas can and when I return my car was gone. I ran inside this establishment now open an accident had they seen what had happened to my car. I was told to call the tow yard that's on the sign outside. So I made the phone call and finding out that the business I had tried to in the first place go to had my car towed. When I asked jimsnorthgate towing why was my car towed they replied with it because it was parked on private property. Ok that still didnt tell me why my car was towed. Well thats great its private property but it wasnt so private when i went inside to inquire about there services now was it . I asked the tow man since when was the law nade customers cant park in the parking lot of a business they want to use. So that's when I was told to go back inside and have the company verify that I was actually inside of there establishment at the time of tow they would cut my fee in half. I was enraged cut my fee in half I mean is that even legal. Shouldn't they be apologizing to me telling me to c*m puck up my car for free. I can not afford in any way shape or format get my car out the impound. When my car was towed it was a Friday 4 day weekend and guess what they were closed on Saturdays. So from Friday till Monday there was an extra 100 fee for an after he charge not to mention the 60 dollar daily storage fee. Have you ever heard of a tow company to close at 5:00pm not only that but closed on Saturdays.
