They are scammers and won't deliver the purchases. Or my money. They are fraudulently advertising different products and terms than what are actually true.
No phone number for Customer Service and charge 300 percent marknupnon shipping they never actually provide. The gemsvand jewelry they advertise is fake. I want my money back and them shut down.
I was ripped off jewelry not good scammed, not as seen on tv JewelryRoom.com I bid on two rings and won! both rings or the one I got was not as advertized, small stones and thin material, I have not had it tested yet,I was supposed to get two and only one showed up I have ask about it sereval times, no answer so I guess they will not be sending the one ring which is supposed to be Diamond and 14kt gold, the one they did send is so small you would not know if it was diamond or ! I would love to have help getting my money back for the ring I did not recieve. I have the shipping paper that came in the mail with the one ring sent fake jewelry, less one ring morgan hill california
