I was contated by user named jessicpulle_2 via eBay. The user claimed they were interested in purchasing the item and paying for it via PayPal.
The package was delivered on Monday, 9/12/2016 and this is when I contacted PayPal as I wanted the payment released to me. This is when it turned out that the payment was never sent and that the transaction number sent in the e-mail is related to totally different payment, between totally 2 different individuals (one of them is most likely the person who chated me).

I reported the soofed PayPal e-mail to both PayPal and eBay. I was instructed to report this case also to: ic3.gov, fraud.org and here. I did all the above.
The personal information of the buyer is most likely fake, however the package was sent to the physical address mentioned in FedEx confirmation where someone confirmed receipt with their sugnature. Also, the phone number belongs to the buyer as he responded to multiple text regardin the shippment.
I have all the e-mails, texts, and confirmations availabe upon request.
