Jeffery hirschkorn moved in jan 2018 the only rent i got was a check from the town or state for 525 he paid a door co to fixe a door with a bad check he ordered a new ac when i sad i did not want to replace a 2 1/2 ton trane unit that was 5 years old and working fine and ordered a 3 ton goodman he gave bad credit card to the ac co for 5800 then the unit failed and he had a new co come in to replace the compreser on a new goodman ac paid with a bad check or credit card then a new ac co to replace the condenser coil on a unit that was less than 3 months old unit all on a bad credit card he paid water co power co cable co lawn care co home cleaning co with bad checks or stolen credit cards.he is know in jail in brevard co and there are many more victumes in this county and many outher countys he movies in payes with bad checks ore credit cards never pays a thing runs up big repair bills then leaves the bills for the landlord he has lived in over 52 placec that i can find not including the jail time and half way houses which he has done a number of years and many times.
We did sod and lawn care for Jeffrey and her paid on line with a bad account. He owes about $1000. He ripped off my neighbor for lawn care and paid with a bad check. People like Jeffrey should never be allowed out of prison
This is his usual MO and he is suing the power company for breking the unit. Did he put in an insurance claim like he usually does? He gets by because people that get burned, do not press charges but just charge it off or a learning experience
He files numerous appeals and law suits while in jail. Of course he files indigent, so we the taxpayers get to foot the bill for his scammin law suits. He steals from people, and will look you in the face and deny it
