We also are victims of Jeff luellen and his games!he evicted me over lawn mowing charges thinking he would get my home when it backfired on him. I went to court,showed the judge the work order where he came and mowed my lawn 2x in 1 week and,had a witness there who testified he mowed my lawn every wknd! The judge sided with himanyway! The judge talked to his court clerk and bailiff during my witnesses testimony! I'm thinking they could be friends. Also, it came to my attention he is partners with politician Bill Nojay! I called his office at least a dozen times and of course no call back at all. Jeff has called my kids school twice and has not left me alone. I am a single working mom with 3 kids and very little income.he knew this and tried to get my mobile home anyway. I went back to court because of the judgement he put against me and was taken into the judges chambers(by the judge) and Jeff's lawyer and was told if I didn't fill out the papers,I would go to jail!even though I have a no contact restraining order against jeff! Lots of things that make me wonder how this happens and how it gets swept under the carpet. Would I ever recommend moving to Mt.Morris? Absolutely NOT!
