Jayride is a scam DO NOT USE THEM

For the love of all that is your sanity DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! A trip to Hawaii completely ruined by Jayride is what just happened. Driver was a no show and then they sent out a Lyft driver who said "I'm too tired sorry" and left, Jayride supposedly sent another car but we never saw it and by the time we regrouped it was too late, we MISSED the flight and now are screwed. Airline tickets, accommodations, time off from work, everything lost and gone forever thanks to these clowns. Jayride stopped responding after they sent the third driver and will probably try and hide behind their disclaimer verbiage.

So once again DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING EVER!! You will regret it

I paid for and received two confirmation emails from Jayride more than five days in advance of my scheduled 6:30 PM Pickup at the Orlando Florida Airport, Terminal B. The promised shuttle never showed up! During three hours of waiting, I called Jayride’s contracted shuttle company MULTIPLE times and got only their answering machine. I texted the company and got no response. I emailed both Jayride and the contracted shuttle company, and only received an "automatic email" response from Jayride, with a “Support Request Number” and a listing of their Australian Office Hours. NO Customer Service whatsoever! Eventually, as the airport approached closing, I paid someone else nearly twice what I had already paid for transport, to reach my destination several hours late. This is CRIMINAL behavior - BE WARNED! Do NOT book through Jayride! Save your money and avoid frustration - WALK TO YOUR DESTINATION BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. I am now working with the Patrick Air Force Base Legal Office to place these scam artists on the US Military's "Off Limits" list.

FRAUD! I reserved with this company for transportation to Long Island from LaGuardia Airport, round-trip. I received a confirmation email with a number to call upon my flight's arrival. Upon landing, I called the number. The number belonged to Long Island Limosine Service. They were the company listed in my confirmation email from JayRide. The man I spoke with said that I had no reservation whatsoever with them. In addition, he asked me if I had paid online. When I stated that I had, he stated that he bet I had reserved through JayRide, correct? When I replied that I had done so, he informed me that my confirmation and confirmation number were worthless, that he had received many, many complaints from customers who had been fraudulently confirmed and charged by JayRide and that his company had no business relationship with JayRide and that JayRide continues to give out their business number along with phony confirmation numbers. He advised me to contact my credit card company. I contacted Chase and they reversed both charges as FRAUD and issued me a new credit card. I ended up taking a Metro Bus to Woodside and caught the LIRR out to Long Island, taking me two and one-half hours longer than I had planned. I'm not sure who left the glowing reviews prior to my review, but I suspect they work for, or are associated with JayRide.

I booked a shuttle ride with Jayride bookings from Midway airport in Chicago to my hotel in Rosemont. I booked with them because the fee seemed reasonable. I booked this shuttle at least a month in advance. I also booked the return ride from my hotel to the airport. I received a confirmation from them and seemed confident everything was set.

Less than 10 hours before my flight I received an email telling me that they were cancelling my shuttle because the company no longer provided the shuttle. When I contacted them they sent me a website with a shuttle at double the price I initially paid. This is a prime example of a bait and switch. It put me in a difficult situation since they cancelled at 8:30 PM and my flight was at 6:30 AM the next morning. They tried to make it so I had no other choice but to use their more expensive option. especially since I was flying in from out of town. When I called the shuttle company that they had booked me with that company told me they no longer had shuttles from Midway airport and hadn't for awhile. This is a very deceptive practice.

When I asked them about my return ride they said they did not cancel the return ride at that time. However, less than 24 hours before my return ride home they also cancelled that shuttle. This again left me in a difficult situation.

I will say they did refund my money, but by cancelling the shuttle rides they put me in a difficult situation. i would not recommend them and encourage you to find a different company or you could be left hanging with no ride in an unfamiliar city.

I was double charged on first booking. On a 2nd booking that I had to cancel I have not been refunded. There is no way to contact them on the phone. There has been no response to all the queries I gave submitted to them through the contact form on the website.
